- Build KPI dashboards and targets for intake SLAs, conversion, cycle time, clean-claim rate, denial/appeal rates, aging/backlog, fulfillment OTIF, patient NPS/CSAT, complaint rates, and cost-to-serve.
Intake, Onboarding & Referral Management
- Oversee day-to-day referral intake, eligibility checks, documentation collection, and physician/patient outreach; ensure service levels adjust to fluctuating volumes.
- Standardize and continuously improve scripts, templates, and documentation checklists to accelerate time-to-setup and reduce rework.
- Partner with manufacturer/referral partners to maintain and grow referral volume; resolve escalations promptly and professionally.

Job Roles at Dentsply Sirona
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Dentsply Sirona H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles where H-1B sponsorship is most common
At Dentsply Sirona, H-1B sponsorship tends to flow toward specialized roles in R&D, biomedical engineering, regulatory affairs, and software development. Focus your applications on positions where a specific technical degree is clearly required, not broadly preferred.
Highlight how your degree directly matches the job description
H-1B approval for medical devices roles depends on demonstrating a specialty occupation. Frame your application to show your degree field maps precisely to the technical requirements listed in the Dentsply Sirona job posting, not just your years of experience.
Search for verified H-1B jobs at Dentsply Sirona on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to find Dentsply Sirona roles where H-1B sponsorship is confirmed rather than assumed. This saves time and reduces applications to non-sponsoring positions.
Engage Dentsply Sirona's recruitment team early in the process
Large medical device companies like Dentsply Sirona route sponsorship decisions through HR and legal teams. Raising your visa status early in conversations with recruiters, not after an offer, gives them time to align internal approval before the H-1B window.
Prioritize departments with recurring technical hiring needs
Dentsply Sirona's clinical, manufacturing engineering, and digital dentistry divisions have recurring demand for specialized talent. Roles in these areas are more likely to support sponsorship because the skill sets are narrow and harder to fill domestically.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dentsply Sirona sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Dentsply Sirona sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history across technical and scientific roles in the medical devices industry. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every open position, so confirming with the recruiter early in the hiring process is the most reliable approach.
Which roles at Dentsply Sirona are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Dentsply Sirona is most common in roles requiring specialized degrees, particularly in biomedical or mechanical engineering, software development, regulatory affairs, clinical sciences, and R&D. Generalist or business operations roles are less likely to clear the specialty occupation threshold H-1B requires.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Dentsply Sirona?
Once Dentsply Sirona extends an offer and confirms sponsorship, their immigration legal team files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the H-1B petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide supporting documentation including degree transcripts and employment verification. The company's HR team coordinates the timeline.
How long does it take to get H-1B sponsorship through Dentsply Sirona?
For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the process runs on an annual cycle: USCIS opens registration in March, the lottery runs in April, and approved petitions take effect October 1. Standard processing takes several months after filing. Premium processing, which Dentsply Sirona may elect to use, can reduce the USCIS adjudication window to roughly 15 business days.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Dentsply Sirona as an international applicant?
Migrate Mate lets you filter job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you can identify Dentsply Sirona openings where H-1B support is confirmed. When applying directly, look for postings that specify degree requirements in a defined technical field, as those are the positions most likely to qualify for and receive H-1B sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Dentsply Sirona?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
