Meet the Team
Dexcom is seeking a highly motivated, impact-driven Marketing Manager to join our North America Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Clinical Marketing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong content creation experience and a passion for building patient-focused advertising that brings clinical innovation to life.
As part of the DTC Marketing team, this role will support major campaigns while leading key initiatives end-to-end, with a primary focus on the strategy, development, and execution of paid advertising campaigns. This role will own paid content lifecycle from brief through launch, partnering closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative, media, and platform requirements are aligned. This position plays a critical role in delivering high quality, insight-driven paid content that performs across formats and stages of the funnel.
Where You Come In
- You shape and guide the creation and development of patient-facing paid advertising campaigns, setting creative direction through insights, briefing, casting, agency collaboration, and feedback across full-funnel assets—from TV and audio to online video, display, and paid placements.
- You own select, high-impact content initiatives end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration, while partnering closely on larger, enterprise-level DTC campaigns.
- You oversee campaign coordination and delivery by managing asset plans, trafficking documents, timelines, and cross-team handoffs to ensure work moves smoothly from concept to launch.
- You partner closely with Media, Analytics, and Channel teams to ensure paid content is designed to perform across formats, placements, and stages of the funnel.
- You use market research, performance data, and engagement insights to inform creative decisions, recommendations, and ongoing optimization across content and campaigns.
- You bring a strong point of view on what makes paid content effective, continuously raising the bar on creative quality, clarity, and impact across DTC efforts.
- You identify new claim opportunities based on emerging clinical evidence and market research, translating complex information into clear, compelling, patient-friendly messaging.
- You collaborate with MLR and cross-functional teams to ensure content is reviewed, approved, and launched efficiently.
What Makes You Successful
- You bring 7–10 years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign development, with hands-on experience shaping creative work and contributing to integrated campaigns.
- You have experience developing full-funnel campaigns across channels such as TV, audio, digital, display, and more.
- You demonstrate strong creative judgment, grounded in insights and performance data.
- You’re comfortable partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams, providing thoughtful feedback, aligning stakeholders, and moving work forward in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex timelines, assets, and deliverables while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
- You’re comfortable working in a regulated or complex environment, balancing speed, creativity, and compliance (healthcare experience is a plus).
- You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, able to build trust and work effectively across teams.
- You’re motivated by raising the bar on creative quality, supporting strong partnerships, and contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.
What you’ll get:

- A full and comprehensive benefits program.

Job Roles at Dexcom
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Dexcom H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target Dexcom's technical and engineering divisions
Dexcom's H-1B sponsorships concentrate in roles tied to device development, software engineering, and data science. Focusing your application on these functions improves your odds of landing a position that qualifies for sponsorship.
Verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every open role at Dexcom comes with H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify which Dexcom positions have a genuine track record of supporting visa applicants.
Highlight regulatory and compliance expertise
Dexcom operates under strict FDA oversight, so candidates who demonstrate familiarity with medical device regulations, quality systems, or clinical data standards stand out and are more likely to be considered for sponsored technical roles.
Engage Dexcom recruiters early about sponsorship
Raise the H-1B question during initial recruiter conversations, not after an offer. Dexcom's HR and legal teams coordinate sponsorship internally, and flagging your status early prevents surprises and allows the company to plan the petition timeline.
Align your degree to the specialty occupation standard
H-1B approval at Dexcom requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Engineering, computer science, biology, and related technical degrees align well with Dexcom's core functions and strengthen the petition's foundation.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Dexcom sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Dexcom sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in technical and scientific roles. The company has an established sponsorship process and works with immigration counsel to file petitions on behalf of selected employees. Sponsorship is typically tied to roles where a specialized degree is a genuine requirement of the position.
Which roles and departments at Dexcom typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Dexcom is most common in software engineering, hardware and electrical engineering, data science, regulatory affairs, and clinical research. These departments rely on specialized technical knowledge that aligns with the specialty occupation standard. General business, sales, and customer support roles are less frequently sponsored.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Dexcom?
Once Dexcom extends an offer, the company's HR team coordinates with immigration attorneys to prepare your H-1B petition. You will provide educational credentials, employment documents, and personal information. Dexcom handles the filing directly with USCIS. Your role is to respond quickly to document requests and stay in close contact with the internal HR contact managing your case.
How do I find H-1B sponsorship jobs at Dexcom?
Searching Dexcom's careers page is a starting point, but listings rarely specify whether H-1B sponsorship is available for a given role. Migrate Mate filters job opportunities by verified sponsorship history, making it easier to identify Dexcom positions where international candidates have been sponsored before, saving you from applying to roles unlikely to support your visa.
What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Dexcom?
From accepted offer to an active H-1B status, the process generally spans several months. Dexcom must file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before submitting the I-129 petition to USCIS. Standard processing takes three to five months. Premium processing, which Dexcom may elect to use, can shorten USCIS review to around two weeks.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Dexcom?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
