In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to build strong relationships and drive end-to-end recruiting efforts—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing top talent.

As a Recruiter, you will leverage your talent acquisition expertise to attract and engage top talent across your assigned business areas. You bring strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and a high level of accountability.
Success in this role requires resourcefulness, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This position reports to the VP, Talent Acquisition.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or a mix)
- Experience recruiting for operational, corporate, or business functions (e.g., supply chain, customer service, finance, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and creative approaches to build pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

- Lead intake meetings, align on role requirements, and advise hiring managers on market insights
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full interview process
- Drive offer negotiations and close candidates with a strong focus on experience
PIPELINE BUILDING
- Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels and creative strategies to attract talent
DATA & PROCESS EXCELLENCE
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Ensure data integrity and support reporting and insights as needed
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
- Provide clear, consistent updates to hiring managers and candidates
- Manage expectations and drive timely decision-making
RECRUITING INITIATIVES
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements in partnership with the broader TA/People team

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,136-$105,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
