Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Haemonetics H-1B Jobs
Target technical and engineering roles
Haemonetics concentrates H-1B sponsorship in roles requiring specialized expertise, particularly software engineers, systems engineers, and R&D scientists. Applying to these departments gives you the strongest chance of finding a position with genuine sponsorship support.
Confirm sponsorship willingness early
Because Haemonetics sponsors selectively, ask about H-1B support during your initial recruiter screen. Raising it early avoids wasted effort and signals you understand the process, which experienced hiring teams in medical devices tend to appreciate.
Emphasize domain-specific credentials
Haemonetics operates in a highly regulated medical device environment. Highlighting degrees or experience in biomedical engineering, software, or regulatory science strengthens your case as a specialty occupation candidate, which is central to any successful H-1B petition.
Understand the H-1B cap and lottery timing
New H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a fixed filing window each spring. Aligning your job search timeline to land an offer before March gives Haemonetics enough runway to register you for that year's lottery.
Use verified sponsorship data when job searching
Not every open role at Haemonetics will come with H-1B support. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on positions where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
Prepare a strong specialty occupation case
USCIS requires H-1B roles to qualify as specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. For Haemonetics roles, come prepared to show how your degree directly relates to the technical responsibilities of the position you're targeting.
Haemonetics H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Haemonetics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Haemonetics does sponsor H-1B visas, primarily for technical and scientific roles in software engineering, R&D, and regulatory affairs. Sponsorship is selective rather than company-wide, so availability depends on the specific role and department. Confirming with the recruiter early in the process is strongly advisable.
Which roles and departments at Haemonetics are most likely to offer H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Haemonetics is most common in engineering, software development, research and development, and regulatory or quality functions. These roles align closely with the specialty occupation standard USCIS requires for H-1B approval. Positions in general operations or support functions are less likely to come with sponsorship.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Haemonetics?
Once Haemonetics extends an offer, their HR and legal teams work with an immigration attorney to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by the H-1B petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide educational documents, employment history, and any prior immigration records. The process is employer-driven, but staying responsive accelerates it significantly.
How long does it take to get H-1B sponsorship through Haemonetics?
From offer acceptance to approved H-1B status typically takes several months, depending on the filing pathway and USCIS processing times. Standard processing can run three to six months or longer, while premium processing shortens USCIS adjudication to around 15 business days for an additional fee. Plan around the annual April filing window if you need a new cap-subject H-1B.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Haemonetics that are open to visa sponsorship?
Not all open roles at Haemonetics will explicitly state H-1B sponsorship in the job listing. Migrate Mate compiles verified sponsorship data so you can identify which companies and role types have a real track record of filing H-1B petitions, helping you apply with more confidence rather than guessing from job descriptions alone.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Haemonetics?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
