How to Get Visa Sponsorship in R1 Rcm Holdco H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technology-focused roles
R1 RCM's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in software engineering, data science, and technical product roles. Prioritize positions within its technology and software divisions, where H-1B sponsorship is most consistently offered to qualified candidates.
Confirm sponsorship willingness early
Before investing time in R1 RCM's application process, ask the recruiter directly whether the specific role is open to H-1B sponsorship. Not every position at a sponsoring company is approved for visa support.
Align your background with healthcare technology
R1 RCM sits at the intersection of healthcare and software. Candidates who can speak to experience in healthtech, revenue cycle systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms are better positioned to secure H-1B sponsorship offers.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history
Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching R1 RCM through Migrate Mate helps you identify which roles and departments have actively supported H-1B filings.
Prepare your petition documents in advance
R1 RCM's HR and legal teams will need your degree certificates, transcripts, and employment history to prepare the H-1B petition. Having these ready before an offer accelerates the process and signals professionalism to hiring teams.
Understand the H-1B cap and timing
H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a federal filing window each April. Engage with R1 RCM's recruitment team well before that window closes so the company can register your petition on time.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does R1 RCM Holdco sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, R1 RCM Holdco sponsors H-1B visas, primarily for roles in its technology and software operations. The company has an established sponsorship program and has filed H-1B petitions for candidates in technical disciplines. Sponsorship availability can vary by role and business unit, so confirming directly with the recruiter is always advisable.
Which roles at R1 RCM Holdco are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at R1 RCM Holdco is most common in software engineering, data analytics, product management, and technical architecture roles. These positions align with the specialty occupation requirements the H-1B demands. Corporate functions such as finance or operations are less consistently sponsored, though eligibility depends on the specific job requirements.
How do I apply for a job at R1 RCM Holdco that includes H-1B sponsorship?
Start by identifying open roles in R1 RCM's technology divisions through its careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which filters employers by verified H-1B sponsorship history. After applying, communicate your visa situation to the recruiter early. If an offer is extended, R1 RCM's HR team coordinates with immigration counsel to prepare and file the H-1B petition on your behalf.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at R1 RCM Holdco?
The H-1B process involves USCIS lottery registration in March, petition filing in April if selected, and a decision typically issued before October 1, when the new fiscal year begins. The full timeline from registration to work authorization is roughly six to eight months. Premium processing is available to accelerate the adjudication stage if R1 RCM elects to use it.
What should I know about R1 RCM Holdco's H-1B process before accepting an offer?
Clarify whether the offer is contingent on H-1B selection before accepting. Since the lottery is not guaranteed, understanding R1 RCM's contingency plan, whether they will consider OPT or other interim status, is important. Ensure your degree field aligns with the role's specialty occupation classification, as USCIS scrutinizes this match during adjudication.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at R1 Rcm Holdco?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
