Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Partnerships Manager Jobs at Henkel Jobs
Align Your Degree to Partnership Functions
H-1B eligibility requires a specialty occupation with a directly related degree. For Partnerships Manager roles at Henkel, degrees in business, supply chain, chemistry, or materials science map cleanly to the role's scope and strengthen your petition significantly.
Target Henkel's B2B and Retail Divisions
Henkel hires Partnerships Managers across adhesives, consumer brands, and beauty divisions. Roles tied to B2B channel development or key account management in chemicals and materials tend to have the clearest specialty occupation framing for H-1B purposes.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Open Sponsorship Roles
Filtering for Partnerships Manager openings at Henkel by visa type saves significant time during your search. Migrate Mate lets you browse verified sponsorship-eligible roles directly, so you're not guessing which postings are open to international candidates.
Start OPT Early for Henkel Internship Pipelines
Henkel recruits Partnerships Managers from its intern and co-op programs. If you're on F-1 status, activating CPT or OPT early lets you enter their talent pipeline before full-time headcount decisions are made, improving your H-1B sponsorship prospects considerably.
Clarify Sponsorship Before Final Interview Rounds
Ask Henkel's recruiting team whether the specific business unit is set up to file an LCA with DOL and an I-129 with USCIS. Division-level hiring autonomy in large multinationals means sponsorship readiness can vary across teams even within the same company.
Document Cross-Border Partnership Experience for PERM
If Henkel moves you toward a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3, your PERM labor certification will require detailed documentation of your role's requirements. Keep records of partnership agreements, cross-functional projects, and any materials-industry client experience throughout your employment.

Find Partnerships Manager at Henkel JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Henkel sponsor H-1B visas for Partnerships Managers?
Yes, Henkel sponsors H-1B visas for Partnerships Manager roles. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation when tied to a degree in business, chemistry, supply chain, or a related field. Sponsorship availability can vary by business unit, so confirming with the specific hiring team during the offer stage is advisable.
How do I apply for Partnerships Manager jobs at Henkel?
Applications go through Henkel's careers portal, where roles are listed by division and location. To find openings that are open to visa sponsorship specifically, Migrate Mate filters Henkel's Partnerships Manager postings by visa type, saving you the step of confirming sponsorship eligibility on each individual listing before applying.
Which visa types does Henkel commonly use for Partnerships Manager roles?
Henkel sponsors Partnerships Managers through H-1B, TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles), and F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates already studying in the U.S. For longer-term pathways, Henkel also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification for retained employees in this function.
What qualifications does Henkel expect for Partnerships Manager positions?
Henkel's Partnerships Manager roles in the chemicals and materials sector typically require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience in channel management, key account development, or B2B commercial roles. Familiarity with adhesives, consumer goods, or industrial materials markets is frequently cited in postings at the mid-to-senior level.
How do I time my H-1B sponsorship if I'm on OPT and targeting Henkel?
H-1B cap registrations open in March each year, with an October 1 start date if selected. If you're on OPT, your 12-month (or 24-month STEM) authorization needs to cover the gap until October 1. Securing an offer from Henkel well before March gives their legal team enough lead time to file your registration and prepare the I-129 petition.
