As a Graduate AI Program Associate, you are a curious, collaborative, and adaptable early-career professional with a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to improve real-world workflows. You begin by getting to know the business, how it operates, what drives it forward, and where teams need the most support. From there, you apply your understanding to uncover opportunities, set goals, roadmap ideas, and partner with stakeholders to bring solutions to life. You've done this in the past through school projects, AI work, or self-driven exploration, and you're excited to expand that work in a real-world, mission-driven setting.
Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.

- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, collaborate in team settings, and roadmap solutions to problems
- Comfortable learning new concepts quickly and applying them in fast-paced environments
What will help you succeed:

Target engineering and product roles first
Housecall Pro's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines. Software engineers, product managers, and data specialists are most likely to find sponsored opportunities here. Focus your application on roles where your technical background aligns with their SaaS platform needs.
Confirm your visa type matches what they sponsor
Housecall Pro sponsors H-1B, TN, and Green Card pathways, along with F-1 OPT and CPT. Before applying, verify your specific visa category is one they actively support, not every role at every level will qualify for every visa type.
Approach the H-1B lottery timeline proactively
If you need H-1B sponsorship, begin conversations with Housecall Pro's recruiting team well before the March registration window. Companies that actively sponsor prefer time to evaluate candidates before lottery deadlines create pressure on both sides.
Leverage OPT as a foot in the door
Housecall Pro sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making early-career roles a strong entry point. Starting on OPT gives you time to demonstrate value before the company commits to H-1B sponsorship, which many tech companies prefer over direct hires requiring immediate petitions.
Research their SaaS product deeply before interviewing
Housecall Pro serves home services businesses with a specialized software platform. Interviewers will expect you to understand their product, customer base, and competitive space. Candidates who demonstrate domain knowledge alongside technical skills stand out in their hiring process.
Use verified sponsorship data to find open roles
Finding sponsors with a genuine track record is harder than it sounds. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to identify current openings at companies like Housecall Pro without guessing at their policies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Housecall Pro sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Housecall Pro sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical and engineering roles that require specialized degree backgrounds. If you're targeting an H-1B at Housecall Pro, focus on software engineering and product-adjacent positions and engage with their recruiting team early in the annual H-1B registration cycle.
Which visa types does Housecall Pro sponsor?
Housecall Pro sponsors H-1B visas, Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students on work authorization. The mix of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa support makes them a meaningful long-term sponsorship option, not just a short-term solution for candidates who need immediate work authorization.
Which departments or roles at Housecall Pro are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Housecall Pro is concentrated in technical functions. Software engineering, data engineering, and product development roles are the most consistent areas where the company files sponsorship petitions. If you're in a non-technical function like sales or marketing, sponsorship is possible but less common, and you should ask directly during early recruiting conversations rather than assuming it's available.
What does the visa sponsorship application timeline look like at Housecall Pro?
For H-1B sponsorship, Housecall Pro's process is shaped by USCIS's annual lottery, which opens in March for an October 1 start date. You'll want an offer in hand by February at the latest to allow time for preparation. For Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3, expect a multi-year process involving PERM labor certification before the I-140 petition is filed. OPT sponsorship follows your individual OPT authorization end date.
How do I find current visa-sponsored job openings at Housecall Pro?
The most reliable approach is to search for Housecall Pro directly on Migrate Mate, which aggregates jobs from verified sponsoring employers and lets you filter by visa type and sponsorship history. This saves time compared to manually reviewing postings that don't disclose sponsorship status, and helps you confirm Housecall Pro is actively hiring in your specific visa category before you invest time applying.
