Target roles with clear technical or managerial requirements
ISS Facility Services has focused its sponsorship on positions requiring specialized qualifications. Roles in operations management, engineering services, or technical facilities oversight are more likely to support a Green Card case than general administrative positions.
Align your background with facility services or outsourcing operations
ISS operates in Business Support and Outsourcing, so candidates with backgrounds in facilities management, integrated services, or large-scale operations outsourcing are best positioned to attract sponsorship consideration from the company.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before you apply
Not every facility services company sponsors visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your job search on employers like ISS that have a documented track record.
Prepare a strong case for employer-sponsored permanent residence
EB-2 and EB-3 petitions require the employer to demonstrate the role meets specific requirements. Come prepared to work closely with ISS's legal team by documenting your qualifications, job duties, and how your role fits the sponsored position's requirements.

Based on available sponsorship data, ISS Facility Services does not appear to be an active H-1B sponsor. The company's immigration support has been focused on permanent residence pathways through the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it's worth confirming directly with ISS's HR team before pursuing an application.
What visa types does ISS Facility Services sponsor?
ISS Facility Services has sponsored employment-based Green Cards, specifically through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-3 typically covers skilled workers and professionals, while EB-2 is reserved for roles requiring advanced degrees or exceptional ability. The company has not been an active sponsor of temporary nonimmigrant work visas like the H-1B or E-3.
Which roles at ISS Facility Services are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at ISS Facility Services has generally been tied to specialized or managerial positions within its facility management and outsourcing operations. Roles in technical services, operations management, and integrated facilities oversight are more likely to qualify for employer-sponsored Green Card petitions than entry-level or general support positions.
How do I find open jobs at ISS Facility Services that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find roles at ISS Facility Services that come with verified sponsorship history. Rather than guessing which postings offer immigration support, Migrate Mate filters opportunities by actual sponsorship track record, so you can apply with confidence that the employer has sponsored visas before.
How do I navigate the Green Card sponsorship process with ISS Facility Services?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 requires your employer to initiate the process, often starting with a PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor. This process can take several years depending on your priority date and country of birth. Start the conversation with ISS's HR or legal team early, document your qualifications thoroughly, and set clear expectations about timelines before accepting an offer.
