Responsibilities:
As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our restaurant. Your duties will include:
- Assisting the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant operations.
- Managing food inventory, ensuring that the quality and quantity of food supplies meet our restaurant’s standards.
- Overseeing food costs and budgeting, making sure that the restaurant is maximizing profit while delivering excellent food quality.
- Hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
- Handling any escalated customer complaints or issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
