JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Finance Systems Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and support of our finance systems to optimize business performance. This role will work closely with various business units, IT, and vendors to ensure that our finance systems align with business objectives and meet user needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the Global Finance Business Lead, acting as the primary point of contact for all finance system related issues and queries.
2. Collaborate with Vendors to ensure effective and efficient use of finance systems, and to resolve any issues or challenges.
3. Support the Internal and External Audit functions, ensuring that all finance systems are compliant with internal and external regulations and standards.
4. Play a key role in global ERP implementation projects, working closely with other team members to ensure successful implementation and integration.
5. Provide expert knowledge and support for manufacturing and/or sales/order management modules within finance systems.
6. Contribute to business application design and systems development, ensuring that all finance systems are designed to meet business needs and objectives.
7. Utilize expertise in JDE ERP business systems, particularly OneWorld XE, to optimize business performance and efficiency.
8. Regularly review and analyze finance systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required. CPE Desirable
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive experience with JDE ERP business systems, particularly OneWorld XE.
4. Proven experience with global ERP implementation is a plus.
5. Demonstrated experience with manufacturing and/or sales/order management modules.
6. Strong knowledge of business application design and systems development.
7. Excellent collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively with vendors.
8. Experience supporting Internal and External Audit functions.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
