ABOUT THE ROLE
A bit about us: Thriving Manufacturing company seeks to add a Quality Manager to their team! This opening is due to the previous Quality Manager retiring. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing/Lean Manufacturing. You will be reporting to the General Manager but working closely with the Sr. Engineering Manager and Sr. Supply Chain Manager. You will be the main Quality person working with the team, delving in to understand root causes of issues, helping create documentation, setting the standards, etc. This position is located in University Park, IL and will be 100% on-site, with hybrid flexibility down the line! This is a great opportunity for someone new in their career who is moldable and eager to learn and grow!
