Frame your staffing industry credentials clearly
Jobot hires Regional Sales Managers who can speak to B2B client development in staffing or recruiting contexts. Before applying, document specific revenue targets you've owned, industries you've sold into, and any experience managing recruiting pipelines alongside sales activity.
Target Jobot's high-volume hiring markets first
Jobot posts Regional Sales Manager openings across dozens of U.S. markets simultaneously. Research which cities show the most active listings and align your applications to those regions, since offices with stronger growth targets tend to have more flexibility around sponsorship conversations.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Jobot's open roles by visa type
Jobot sponsors multiple visa categories for this role. Use Migrate Mate to filter Regional Sales Manager openings at Jobot by the visa type you need, so you're only pursuing listings where your specific authorization is already in scope.
Clarify your OPT or TN timeline before the offer stage
Jobot has sponsored TN and F-1 OPT candidates for sales roles. If you're on OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility and remaining duration before your final interview round. TN candidates should have their USMCA professional category documentation ready to reference during offer discussions.
Understand how H-1B cap timing affects your start date
If you need H-1B sponsorship, the USCIS cap registration window typically opens in March, with an October 1 employment start. Align your Jobot interview timeline so an offer can realistically precede the registration deadline, and confirm the recruiter understands the cap-subject filing calendar.
Ask specifically about the LCA process during offer negotiation
Before signing an offer, ask Jobot's recruiting or HR team whether the Labor Condition Application will reflect the specific metro where you'll work. DOL requires the LCA to match your actual worksite, which matters for Regional Sales Managers who cover multi-state territories.

Find Regional Sales Manager at Jobot JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Jobot sponsor H-1B visas for Regional Sales Managers?
Yes, Jobot has sponsored H-1B visas for Regional Sales Manager roles. Because this position typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field combined with professional sales experience, it can qualify as a specialty occupation under H-1B rules. You should confirm sponsorship availability directly with the recruiter during the interview process, since individual office hiring conditions vary.
Which visa types are commonly used for Regional Sales Manager roles at Jobot?
Jobot has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas for Regional Sales Manager positions. F-1 OPT is a common entry point for recent graduates who can start quickly, while TN works for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose degree aligns with a qualifying USMCA professional category. H-1B sponsorship is available for longer-term authorization once a candidate has demonstrated performance in the role or during the hiring process.
How do I apply for Regional Sales Manager jobs at Jobot?
You can find and apply for Regional Sales Manager openings at Jobot through Migrate Mate, which lets you filter by visa sponsorship type so you only see roles where your authorization is already supported. Jobot's process typically moves quickly from application to recruiter screen to hiring manager interview, so having your resume tailored to staffing industry sales metrics before you apply improves your chances of moving forward.
What qualifications does Jobot expect for a Regional Sales Manager role?
Jobot generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field and prior experience in B2B sales, ideally within staffing, recruiting, or professional services. Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, build client relationships, and hit revenue targets matters more than tenure. Experience working with an applicant tracking system or CRM is a practical advantage in staffing-specific sales environments.
How do I time my application if I need visa sponsorship at Jobot?
Timeline depends on your visa category. F-1 OPT allows you to start work relatively quickly after an offer if your authorization is current. TN processing can happen at the port of entry, making it one of the faster paths. H-1B cap-subject sponsorship requires filing in the spring lottery for an October 1 start, so targeting Jobot openings between January and early March gives you time to secure an offer before USCIS registration closes.
