ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in optimizing business processes, improving ERP performance, and helping shape the future of our enterprise technology environment. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those needs into effective technology solutions. - Lead business process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical technology-driven solutions.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of ERP and enterprise application enhancement requests.
- Partner with solution architects, developers, and IT teams to ensure solutions effectively address business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP utilization, MRP processes, reporting, automation, and overall operational efficiency.
- Support ERP modernization initiatives, including technology assessments, vendor evaluations, system enhancements, and future-state process design.
- Help evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and scalability.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new functionality.
- Support change management and communication efforts associated with system and process improvements.
