BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations
- Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers
- Strong understanding of construction documents and contracts
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar)
- Ability to lead project meetings and maintain project reporting
- Experience ensuring jobsite safety compliance and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
