Frame your credentials for specialty occupation review
USCIS evaluates Business Account Executive roles against specialty occupation standards, so position your degree and experience to show direct alignment. A finance, business administration, or economics degree strengthens your petition considerably compared to an unrelated field.
Target JPMorganChase's commercial banking hiring cycles
JPMorganChase ramps Business Account Executive hiring in Q1 and Q3 when regional sales targets reset. Applying during these windows improves your odds of reaching a hiring manager before headcount is allocated elsewhere in the business unit.
Understand which visa fits your nationality
Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 instead of waiting for the H-1B lottery. H-1B1 applies to Chilean and Singaporean nationals. Knowing which category applies to you before your first interview lets you address sponsorship questions with precision rather than hesitation.
Ask about cap-exempt filing options during the offer stage
If JPMorganChase places you at a qualifying nonprofit or government-affiliated entity, your H-1B petition may be filed cap-exempt, bypassing the annual lottery entirely. Clarify your work location and entity type during offer negotiations, not after you've signed.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Business Account Executive roles at JPMorganChase
Search Migrate Mate to surface active Business Account Executive openings at JPMorganChase filtered by visa sponsorship type. This saves significant time compared to manually tracking postings across the company's sprawling regional job boards.
Prepare your employment history for the PERM labor market test
If JPMorganChase pursues an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card for you, DOL requires a PERM labor market test before filing. Organize prior employer contact details, job titles, and salary records early so your immigration attorney can move quickly when the process begins.

Find Business Account Executive at JPMorganChase JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does JPMorganChase sponsor H-1B visas for Business Account Executives?
Yes, JPMorganChase sponsors H-1B visas for Business Account Executive roles. The company has an established immigration program that handles H-1B petitions through the annual USCIS lottery process. Because this role must meet specialty occupation requirements, having a relevant bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is critical to supporting a successful petition.
Which visa types does JPMorganChase commonly use for Business Account Executive roles?
JPMorganChase sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Business Account Executive positions depending on your nationality. Australian citizens qualify for the E-3, which has no annual lottery. Chilean and Singaporean nationals can pursue the H-1B1. For longer-term pathways, JPMorganChase also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for qualifying employees in this function.
What qualifications does JPMorganChase expect for Business Account Executive candidates?
JPMorganChase typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or economics, combined with prior experience in commercial banking, financial services sales, or relationship management. Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of business clients and meet revenue targets matters as much as academic credentials for this role.
How do I apply for Business Account Executive jobs at JPMorganChase?
Browse open Business Account Executive positions at JPMorganChase through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can identify the right openings before applying. Once you find a relevant role, apply directly through JPMorganChase's careers portal. During the process, flag your visa requirements early so the recruiting team can loop in their immigration support team.
How do I plan my timeline for H-1B sponsorship with JPMorganChase?
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year, with employment starting no earlier than October 1 if selected. You'll need a job offer before registration closes. If you're on OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date and whether you qualify for a 24-month STEM extension, which gives you additional time if you miss a lottery cycle.
