Frame your sales credentials for healthcare
Quest evaluates Business Account Executives on territory management and clinical upselling experience. Before applying, document measurable outcomes from healthcare or life sciences sales roles to align your resume with their client-facing expectations.
Target open requisitions in established territories
Quest posts Business Account Executive roles tied to specific geographic territories. Focus on metros where Quest has dense client networks, such as hospital-heavy markets, since sponsorship approvals are more common for roles with established revenue expectations.
Understand which visa fits your degree and timeline
Business Account Executive roles at Quest can support H-1B, TN, and Green Card pathways. Your visa type depends on your degree field and citizenship. A business or life sciences degree strengthens specialty occupation eligibility for H-1B purposes under USCIS guidelines.
Clarify sponsorship intent before the final interview
Quest's HR teams handle sponsorship decisions regionally. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific territory role is approved for visa sponsorship before you reach the offer stage, since not every open position has the same authorization.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsoring requisitions
Search for Business Account Executive openings at Quest Diagnostics on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by confirmed sponsorship history so you apply only to positions where international candidates have successfully been hired.
Prepare for an LCA-linked salary benchmark discussion
Quest must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your territory. Research DOL wage data for your target metro so you can negotiate from an informed position at the offer stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Quest Diagnostics sponsor H-1B visas for Business Account Executives?
Yes, Quest Diagnostics sponsors H-1B visas for Business Account Executive roles. Sponsorship is more consistently available for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, or healthcare administration, which supports the specialty occupation classification USCIS requires. Availability can vary by territory and regional hiring team, so confirm sponsorship directly with the recruiter assigned to your application.
How do I apply for Business Account Executive jobs at Quest Diagnostics?
Apply directly through Quest Diagnostics' careers portal or browse open positions on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles with confirmed sponsorship history. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight territory sales experience, healthcare client relationships, and measurable revenue outcomes. Mention your visa status early in the process so the hiring team can route your application to a sponsorship-eligible requisition.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Account Executive roles at Quest Diagnostics?
Quest Diagnostics supports several visa categories for Business Account Executives, including H-1B for candidates with qualifying bachelor's degrees, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible business or scientific occupations, and F-1 OPT or CPT for recent graduates in their authorized work period. Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 PERM pathways is also available for employees who progress into long-term roles.
What qualifications and experience does Quest Diagnostics expect for Business Account Executives?
Quest typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field combined with demonstrated B2B or healthcare sales experience. Familiarity with clinical diagnostics, physician office sales cycles, or hospital procurement processes strengthens an application. Prior territory management experience and the ability to interpret lab data for clinical customers are practical differentiators in their hiring process.
How do I understand the sponsorship and onboarding timeline for this role?
For H-1B transfers or new filings, standard USCIS processing runs three to five months, with premium processing available to reduce that to 15 business days. TN status can often be obtained at the border or port of entry on your start date. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your work authorization end date with HR early, since Quest will need to initiate H-1B filing well before your OPT expires to maintain continuous work authorization.
