Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Sales Account Executive Jobs at Quest Diagnostics Jobs
Tailor your resume to healthcare sales metrics
Quest Diagnostics evaluates Sales Account Executives on territory growth, client retention, and lab utilization rates. Frame your experience around these outcomes, not just job duties, so hiring managers immediately see your fit before sponsorship even comes up.
Target open roles in underserved territories
Quest frequently posts openings in regions where physician and hospital network coverage is thin. Applying to those territories signals you can build a book of business independently, which strengthens the employer's case that your role is genuinely hard to fill locally.
Clarify your visa type early in recruiter conversations
Sales roles at Quest involve territory-based offers, so your work authorization type affects which office or region can file your petition. Confirm whether your status is F-1 OPT, TN, or H-1B before the offer stage to avoid delays caused by location-specific filing logistics.
Understand how PERM affects your sales career timeline
If you're targeting a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3 at Quest, PERM requires the company to run a supervised recruitment process proving no qualified U.S. workers are available. For Sales Account Executive roles, this process typically happens after you've established clear performance history in the position.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified Sales roles at Quest
Searching Quest's careers site shows all open roles, but doesn't filter by sponsorship eligibility. Use Migrate Mate to surface Sales Account Executive postings at Quest that are confirmed to support visa sponsorship, so you spend time only on applications that can actually move forward.
Prepare your credentials for healthcare industry background checks
Quest Diagnostics operates under strict compliance standards because it serves clinical and hospital clients. Before an offer converts to a petition, you'll need to clear background checks and credentialing reviews, so gather employment verification letters and any professional references from prior healthcare or medical sales roles in advance.

Find Sales Account Executive at Quest Diagnostics JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Quest Diagnostics sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Account Executives?
Yes, Quest Diagnostics sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Account Executives. The company has a consistent track record of filing petitions for this role, which is classified as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. Because H-1B availability is subject to the annual USCIS lottery cap, timing your application cycle and securing an offer well before the April filing window is critical.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Account Executive roles at Quest Diagnostics?
Quest Diagnostics supports several visa categories for Sales Account Executives, including H-1B for specialty occupation workers, TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals under the USMCA agreement, and F-1 OPT or CPT for students in their practical training periods. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Quest has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, typically after candidates have established a performance record in the role.
What qualifications does Quest Diagnostics expect for Sales Account Executive roles?
Quest typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, or healthcare administration, combined with prior B2B sales experience. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree must align with the sales or healthcare domain to satisfy specialty occupation requirements. Experience managing physician or hospital accounts is a strong differentiator, and familiarity with laboratory or diagnostics services adds meaningful weight to an application.
How do I apply for Sales Account Executive jobs at Quest Diagnostics?
You can browse and apply for Sales Account Executive openings through Quest Diagnostics' careers portal. For a faster way to find roles that explicitly support visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate filters Quest job postings by sponsorship eligibility, so you can apply directly to positions where your visa status is confirmed as acceptable before you invest time in the process.
How do I time my job search at Quest Diagnostics around the H-1B filing process?
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year, with petitions filed in April for an October 1 start date. To hit that window, you need an offer and a completed Labor Condition Application certified by the DOL before April. Start actively applying to Quest Sales Account Executive roles no later than January to give your recruiter and HR team enough runway to prepare the petition on time.
