Quantify your healthcare sales results upfront
Quest's hiring managers for Enterprise Account Executive roles prioritize candidates who can demonstrate revenue impact in complex B2B healthcare sales cycles. Document your quota attainment, account sizes, and contract values before applying, so your resume speaks directly to the role's expectations.
Target Quest's diagnostic services divisions strategically
Quest operates distinct business units covering clinical lab services, employer health, and health system partnerships. Research which division aligns with your background and tailor your application accordingly. Hiring volume for Enterprise Account Executives is not uniform across all divisions.
Confirm your visa type fits the role timeline
Quest sponsors H-1B, TN, and F-1 OPT for this function, but each carries different lead times. If your OPT is expiring within six months, raise the H-1B cap-subject timeline early. USCIS H-1B registration opens in March, so your start date must align with the October 1 cap cycle.
Get your specialty occupation documentation ready early
Enterprise Account Executive roles must qualify as a specialty occupation for H-1B approval. Prepare a credential evaluation and gather documentation showing your degree directly relates to healthcare sales or a relevant discipline before your employer begins the USCIS petition process.
Use Migrate Mate to find open positions filtered by sponsorship
Search Migrate Mate to browse verified Enterprise Account Executive openings at Quest Diagnostics filtered by visa type. This saves time you would otherwise spend manually confirming which postings are open to sponsored candidates.
Ask the recruiter about LCA filing before accepting an offer
Quest must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your H-1B petition. Ask the recruiter to confirm the expected LCA certification timeline and build that window into your transition plan, especially if you are currently employed elsewhere.

Find Enterprise Account Executive at Quest Diagnostics JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Quest Diagnostics sponsor H-1B visas for Enterprise Account Executives?
Yes, Quest Diagnostics sponsors H-1B visas for Enterprise Account Executive roles. The process requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning the position must typically require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Quest initiates the Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then files the H-1B petition with USCIS, so expect the employer to lead the process once an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Quest Diagnostics commonly use for Enterprise Account Executive roles?
Quest Diagnostics sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Enterprise Account Executive positions. F-1 OPT is the most common entry point for recent graduates, while H-1B is the primary long-term option. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role qualifies under the USMCA professional categories.
What qualifications does Quest Diagnostics expect for Enterprise Account Executive positions?
Quest typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, combined with demonstrated experience in complex B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services. Familiarity with health system procurement cycles, GPO contracting, or employer health programs strengthens your candidacy. Enterprise-level account management experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota are consistently prioritized.
How do I apply for Enterprise Account Executive jobs at Quest Diagnostics?
You can find and apply for Enterprise Account Executive roles at Quest Diagnostics directly through their careers site or through Migrate Mate, which lists verified openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect measurable outcomes in healthcare or diagnostics sales. If you need visa sponsorship, flag that clearly in your application and confirm sponsorship availability with the recruiter before moving far into the interview process.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship for a Quest Diagnostics role?
H-1B cap-subject petitions have an October 1 start date, with USCIS registration typically opening in March. If you are on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date and whether a STEM OPT extension applies, since that can extend your authorized work period by 24 months. Factor in the DOL Labor Condition Application certification window, which typically takes one to two weeks, before USCIS filing. Aligning your offer acceptance and onboarding with these deadlines is critical.
