Frame Your Experience Around Revenue Impact
JPMorganChase's Partnerships teams are evaluated on deal outcomes and business growth. Quantify partnership wins, client acquisitions, or revenue-generating initiatives in your resume so hiring managers can immediately connect your background to their bottom line.
Target Business Lines With Active Hiring
JPMorganChase hires Partnerships Associates across Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, and Payments. Identify which division aligns with your background and tailor your application materials accordingly rather than applying broadly across all posted openings.
Verify Your Visa Type Matches the Role Level
Partnerships Associate positions often have degree and experience thresholds that determine whether H-1B, E-3, or H-1B1 applies to your situation. Confirm the role qualifies as a specialty occupation before your offer stage so there are no surprises during the petition review.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Sponsored Openings Fast
Not every Partnerships Associate posting at JPMorganChase explicitly states visa sponsorship availability. Use Migrate Mate to surface roles at JPMorganChase that align with your visa type, cutting out the manual search across job boards.
Align Your Offer Timing With H-1B Cap Deadlines
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, USCIS registration opens in March and the lottery runs shortly after. Targeting an offer by late February gives JPMorganChase's immigration team enough runway to file before the window closes.
Understand How PERM Fits Into Your Long-Term Path
JPMorganChase sponsors Green Cards through the PERM labor certification process for qualified employees. In partnership-focused roles, demonstrating specialized knowledge of financial products or institutional client management can strengthen the PERM documentation that DOL reviews.

Find Partnerships Associate at JPMorganChase JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does JPMorganChase sponsor H-1B visas for Partnerships Associates?
Yes, JPMorganChase sponsors H-1B visas for Partnerships Associate roles. The firm has a dedicated immigration function that manages petitions for eligible employees. If you're cap-subject, timing your offer before the USCIS March registration window is important. Cap-exempt candidates, such as those transferring from an H-1B already in effect, have more flexibility on start dates.
Which visa types does JPMorganChase commonly sponsor for Partnerships Associates?
JPMorganChase sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Partnerships Associates, depending on the candidate's nationality. Australian citizens are typically routed through the E-3 process, which has no lottery and a faster timeline. For longer-term pathways, the firm also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through the PERM process at the Department of Labor.
What qualifications does JPMorganChase expect for a Partnerships Associate role?
JPMorganChase typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in relationship management, deal execution, or financial services. Roles in the Payments or Commercial Banking divisions may favor candidates with fintech or B2B partnership backgrounds. An MBA or prior experience at a major financial institution can strengthen your candidacy at the associate level.
How do I apply for Partnerships Associate jobs at JPMorganChase?
You can browse open Partnerships Associate positions on JPMorganChase's careers portal or use Migrate Mate to filter roles by visa type and location. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific business line you're targeting, whether that's Consumer, Commercial, or Payments. JPMorganChase's interview process for partnership roles typically includes behavioral rounds and a business case or deal walkthrough.
How do I plan my timeline if I need JPMorganChase to sponsor my H-1B?
USCIS opens H-1B registration in early March each year, with the lottery running shortly after. To give JPMorganChase's immigration team enough time to register on your behalf, you'd want a signed offer no later than late February. If you're on OPT with a STEM extension, you have up to 36 months of authorized work time, which can bridge you through one or more lottery cycles if needed.
