Frame your SaaS partnerships experience precisely
Klaviyo hires Partnership Development Managers to drive channel and technology alliances within its email and SMS marketing platform. Tailor your resume to show measurable outcomes in SaaS partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, or ISV relationships rather than generic business development wins.
Target Klaviyo's agency and tech partner verticals
Klaviyo's partner program spans e-commerce agencies, systems integrators, and technology partners. Roles are often scoped to one of these verticals, so research which segment aligns with your background before applying and position yourself for that specific channel.
Verify your specialty occupation documentation before interviewing
H-1B sponsorship for partnership roles requires demonstrating specialty occupation status. Gather transcripts, degree equivalency evaluations, and any credential assessments early, since Klaviyo's HR team will need these documents before initiating a USCIS petition on your behalf.
Confirm employer registration status through E-Verify
Check that Klaviyo is enrolled in E-Verify before accepting an offer, which is required for H-1B sponsoring employers. You can confirm participation directly through the E-Verify employer search tool on the official government website.
Align your start date around H-1B cap timelines
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS only accepts cap-subject petitions starting April 1 for an October 1 start date. When negotiating your offer with Klaviyo, build this into your projected start date so both parties have realistic expectations from day one.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles by sponsorship type
Searching for Partnership Development Manager openings at sponsoring employers in the technology sector takes time. Migrate Mate filters Klaviyo's active listings by visa sponsorship type, so you can identify which roles match your H-1B or Green Card pathway without sorting through irrelevant postings.

Find Partnership Development Manager at Klaviyo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Partnership Development Managers?
Yes, Klaviyo has sponsored H-1B visas for Partnership Development Manager roles. The process requires demonstrating specialty occupation status for the position, which typically means holding a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline. Your employer initiates the H-1B petition with USCIS after the Labor Condition Application is certified by the DOL.
How do I apply for Partnership Development Manager jobs at Klaviyo?
Applications go through Klaviyo's careers portal, where roles are listed by team and region. Tailoring your application to the specific partner vertical the role covers, whether agency, technology, or channel, improves your chances significantly. You can also browse current openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces active Klaviyo listings relevant to international candidates.
Which visa types does Klaviyo use for Partnership Development Manager sponsorship?
Klaviyo sponsors both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for this function. H-1B is the most common path for initial work authorization. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Klaviyo has supported EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification, which requires the DOL to certify that no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role.
What qualifications does Klaviyo expect for Partnership Development Manager roles?
Klaviyo typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, combined with direct experience managing SaaS partnerships, channel programs, or technology alliances. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and co-sell or referral motions is a strong differentiator. Experience working within a partner ecosystem at a B2B software company carries significant weight in the evaluation process.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take after receiving an offer from Klaviyo?
After Klaviyo extends an offer, the employer must first file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL, which takes around seven business days. USCIS then processes the H-1B petition, with standard processing taking several months and premium processing available for a faster decision within 15 business days. Cap-subject petitions can only take effect on October 1, which affects overall timeline planning significantly.
