Frame your portfolio around Adobe's ecosystem
Adobe's partnership team focuses on integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft, and Workfront. Highlight experience managing ISV, reseller, or technology alliances in SaaS or creative software, not generic business development work.
Target Adobe's enterprise and strategic alliances teams
Adobe structures partnership hiring across product lines like Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud. Filter open roles by business unit to find teams actively building partner programs, where sponsorship decisions are made alongside headcount approvals.
Use Migrate Mate to surface Adobe's open roles
Adobe posts Partnership Development Manager positions across multiple channels. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Adobe roles that include visa sponsorship, so you're not applying blind to listings that won't support your status.
Understand what Adobe's LCA filing commits them to
Before your first interview, know that Adobe must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing rate. If salary negotiations stall, this floor is non-negotiable and can clarify what Adobe is actually authorized to offer.

Find Partnership Development Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Partnership Development Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Partnership Development Manager roles. The position qualifies as a specialty occupation because it requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or technology management. Adobe typically handles sponsorship through its internal immigration team, which coordinates the Labor Condition Application with the DOL and the I-129 petition with USCIS.
How do I apply for Partnership Development Manager jobs at Adobe?
Apply directly through Adobe's careers portal at adobe.com/careers, where you can filter by role type and location. Tailoring your application to Adobe's specific partner ecosystems, such as Experience Cloud integrations or Creative Cloud alliances, improves your chances of passing initial screening. You can also browse verified sponsorship-eligible openings at Adobe through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles that support international candidates.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Partnership Development Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors H-1B visas most frequently for this function. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa, which skips the lottery and typically processes faster. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status. F-1 OPT and CPT are options for recent graduates already in the U.S., and Adobe has also filed EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions for employees pursuing permanent residence.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Partnership Development Manager roles?
Adobe generally looks for candidates with experience in technology partnerships, channel development, or strategic alliances, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is the baseline requirement for H-1B specialty occupation qualification. Experience working with platforms in Adobe's ecosystem, including Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, or similar enterprise tools, is a meaningful differentiator in the hiring process.
How do I think about the visa filing timeline when targeting an Adobe offer?
If you're pursuing H-1B sponsorship, the cap registration opens each March for an October 1 start. If you receive an Adobe offer outside that window and your OPT or other status has runway, your attorney can file after the next registration period. For E-3 applicants, consular processing at Australian consulates currently runs two to six weeks, which allows for a faster turnaround once Adobe certifies the Labor Condition Application with the DOL.
