Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Partnerships Manager Jobs at Klaviyo Jobs
Frame your partnerships experience for SaaS ecosystems
Klaviyo's partnerships team focuses on technology integrations, agency networks, and platform alliances. Tailor your resume to show channel or ISV partnership experience specifically, not just general business development, so your background maps cleanly to their sponsorship justification.
Target Klaviyo's roles during H-1B cap season
Klaviyo files H-1B cap petitions in April for an October 1 start. Apply in January or February so hiring managers have time to extend an offer, complete the Labor Condition Application with DOL, and submit your registration before the March lottery window closes.
Clarify sponsorship scope before your final interview
Klaviyo sponsors both H-1B and employer-sponsored Green Card pathways, but timelines differ significantly. Ask the recruiter directly whether the role budget includes PERM sponsorship, so you're not surprised by scope limitations after you've already cleared multiple interview rounds.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Partnerships Manager roles
Klaviyo posts Partnerships Manager openings across multiple locations and team focuses. Use Migrate Mate to surface and filter the roles confirmed for visa sponsorship so you're applying to the right requisitions from the start, not chasing listings that won't support your visa.
Build a portfolio of measurable partnership outcomes
Klaviyo's hiring bar for Partnerships Managers emphasizes pipeline attribution and co-sell revenue. Before your interview, quantify the partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue from your previous roles. Concrete numbers strengthen both your candidacy and your employer's specialty occupation petition with USCIS.
Request your offer letter before your OPT or grace period expires
If you're on F-1 OPT, you have a 60-day grace period after employment ends. Coordinate your Klaviyo interview timeline so an offer and any required H-1B cap-gap filing can be initiated before that window closes and your authorization lapses.

Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Partnerships Managers?
Yes, Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for Partnerships Manager roles. The company files petitions each spring for the annual cap, with an October 1 start date. Because Partnerships Manager is classified as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, the role is well-suited to H-1B sponsorship. Confirm current sponsorship availability directly with Klaviyo's recruiting team during your application process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Partnerships Manager roles at Klaviyo?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa for Partnerships Manager positions at Klaviyo, given the role's specialty occupation standing in the technology sector. Klaviyo also supports EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories for eligible employees pursuing permanent residence. Candidates already holding L-1 or O-1 status can also explore whether those classifications align with the role's requirements.
What qualifications or experience does Klaviyo expect for Partnerships Manager roles?
Klaviyo typically looks for candidates with experience managing technology or channel partnerships, preferably in a SaaS or marketing technology environment. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is standard. Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline, manage co-sell motions, and work cross-functionally with sales and product teams distinguishes competitive applicants. Experience with ecosystem tools like Salesforce or partner portals is commonly referenced in job descriptions.
How do I apply for Partnerships Manager jobs at Klaviyo?
Browse current Partnerships Manager openings at Klaviyo on Migrate Mate, where listings are filtered to show roles confirmed for visa sponsorship. Review each job description carefully, as Klaviyo posts roles across different partnership focuses including technology alliances and agency channels. Submit your application through Klaviyo's careers portal, and tailor your materials to reflect specific partnership metrics and ecosystem experience relevant to their SaaS business model.
How do I manage the timing of H-1B sponsorship when accepting a Partnerships Manager offer at Klaviyo?
If you require H-1B cap sponsorship, timing your offer acceptance around the annual registration window is critical. USCIS opens H-1B registrations in March, with selections typically announced by late March or early April. Klaviyo must submit your registration before that window closes. Aim to complete your interviews and receive a written offer by February so your employer has enough lead time to file the required Labor Condition Application with DOL and register you before the deadline.
