ROLE
We’re hiring a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise growth across the United States. This is a true hunter role for someone with a founder’s mindset — building pipeline from scratch, closing complex deals, and helping shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving startup environment. We’re especially interested in candidates who have successfully sold into operationally intensive industries, including:
- Manufacturing
- Energy
- Logistics & Supply Chain
- Healthcare
- Financial Services
You understand how these industries operate, where automation delivers measurable ROI, and how to navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
Territory & Pipeline Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across the U.S.
- Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise accounts
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive outreach, industry events, and partnerships
Enterprise Engagement:
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Operations, Automation, and Digital Transformation
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across business units
- Align solutions to industry-specific workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges
Sales Execution:
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (technical validation, proof of value, procurement, executive approval)
- Deliver tailored demos and business cases tied to operational and financial impact
- Partner with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to drive successful deployments and expansion
Revenue Ownership:
- Own and exceed quota
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progression
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, automation, AI, or enterprise platforms)
- Demonstrated success selling into one or more of: manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, or financial services
- Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees and regulated environments
- Track record of building pipeline independently and closing net-new enterprise logos
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling approach
- Experience managing long, strategic sales cycles

- Background in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies
- Experience in highly regulated or operationally intensive industries
