Target roles in AI and platform engineering
Kore.ai's sponsorship activity centers on its conversational AI platform, so technical roles in software engineering, machine learning, and NLP are your strongest entry points. Tailor your application to show direct experience with enterprise AI or chatbot technologies.
Emphasize enterprise software experience
Kore.ai serves large enterprise clients across industries. Highlighting experience in B2B software environments, SaaS platforms, or enterprise integrations signals that you understand the scale and complexity of their product and customer base.
Understand that H-1B is their primary sponsorship vehicle
Kore.ai's sponsorship history is focused on the H-1B visa. If that's the category you're pursuing, you're aligned with how they've historically supported international talent. Be prepared to confirm H-1B eligibility early in the process.
Move quickly when roles open up
Kore.ai sponsors selectively rather than at high volume, so open roles that include visa sponsorship can be competitive. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified H-1B sponsors and set up alerts so you're among the first applicants when positions appear.
Research their product before your interview
Kore.ai's platform covers virtual assistants, contact center automation, and enterprise search. Demonstrating working knowledge of their product suite during interviews shows genuine interest and signals you can contribute from day one.
Position yourself for product and technical roles
Kore.ai tends to sponsor professionals whose skills directly support platform development and client delivery. Roles in software development, solutions architecture, and product management typically align best with their sponsorship activity in the Technology & Software space.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Kore.ai sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Kore.ai sponsors H-1B visas. The H-1B is the primary work visa category through which the company has supported international employees in the U.S. Their sponsorship is focused on specialty occupation roles, particularly in technology and software development. If you're pursuing an H-1B, Kore.ai is a legitimate sponsoring employer to consider.
What types of roles does Kore.ai typically sponsor visas for?
Kore.ai's visa sponsorship is concentrated in technical and engineering functions that support its conversational AI platform. Roles in software engineering, machine learning, NLP, and solutions architecture are the most consistent fit. Product and technical support roles tied to enterprise client delivery may also qualify, depending on the position's requirements and specialty occupation criteria.
How do I know if a Kore.ai job listing includes visa sponsorship?
Job listings don't always state visa sponsorship clearly, which makes it difficult to know upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsoring employers so you can browse Kore.ai's open roles with confirmation that they have an active H-1B sponsorship history. This saves time compared to applying and asking during the process.
What does the H-1B application process look like if I receive an offer from Kore.ai?
If Kore.ai extends an offer that includes H-1B sponsorship, they'll work with an immigration attorney to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and then submit Form I-129 with USCIS. The full process from offer to approval typically takes several months, and timing depends on whether you're subject to the H-1B cap and lottery.
How do I stand out as a visa sponsorship candidate at Kore.ai?
The most effective approach is to demonstrate direct relevance to their core product: enterprise conversational AI. Candidates with hands-on experience in NLP, cloud platforms, or B2B SaaS are well-positioned. Being transparent about your visa situation early and showing familiarity with how H-1B sponsorship works also signals that you're a low-friction hire for their team.
