The impact you’ll make
Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.
What you’ll do
- Lead and drive customer and Lam aligned hardware configurations for Lam Etch, Wets and Dep products
- Engage with Product Groups to develop hardware solutions to customer requests
- Manage Fab 4 config changes and track in internal systems
- Submit and manage system config changes and requests to ensure timelines are in line with customer requirements
- Responsible for ensuring quality products are delivered to customer site
- Strong communication and collaboration with customer service team, Sales Ops product groups and customer
- Ensure H/W configurations are successfully transferred to HVM from TD
- Present and lead re-occurring customer meetings where required
