Align your credentials with U.S. licensing standards
Many healthcare roles require state licensure before an employer can file for sponsorship. Research the specific license Lexington Health lists in the job posting and confirm your foreign credentials are eligible for evaluation through the relevant U.S. credentialing body for your discipline.
Target roles with defined degree requirements
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship depends on the role having a clear educational requirement tied to the position. Focus on postings that specify a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field, as these give USCIS the clearest basis for approving the sponsorship petition.
Find Healthcare openings at Lexington Health on Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to filter for Healthcare roles at Lexington Health that have a sponsorship history. This lets you prioritize positions where the employment-based pathway has already been used, rather than guessing which roles the company will sponsor.
Ask about PERM timing before accepting an offer
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires a PERM labor certification, which typically takes 12 to 18 months before USCIS even receives the petition. Confirm during the offer stage whether Lexington Health initiates PERM early in employment or waits for a probationary period to end.
Prepare a professional license verification package early
Lexington Health's HR team will need documentation confirming your license is active and in good standing before they can proceed with any DOL or USCIS filing. Gathering these records, including translations and credential evaluations, before your offer letter arrives removes a common bottleneck.
Clarify which facility your role falls under
Lexington Health operates multiple care settings, and the sponsoring legal entity on your petition must match your actual worksite. Confirm the specific facility address with HR, because DOL requires that PERM filings and LCAs reflect the correct work location from the start.

Find Healthcare at Lexington Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lexington Health sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
Lexington Health's documented sponsorship activity is concentrated in employment-based Green Card categories rather than H-1B. Many healthcare support and clinical roles fall under EB-3, which suits candidates with bachelor's degrees or relevant skilled experience. If your goal is an H-1B, clarify directly with the recruiter whether the specific role qualifies under USCIS specialty occupation standards.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at Lexington Health?
Applications go through Lexington Health's careers portal, where you can filter by role type and facility. Before applying, confirm the posting includes language about visa sponsorship eligibility, as not every open position will qualify. Having your U.S. state license, credential evaluation, and a resume formatted to U.S. standards ready will strengthen your application from the first step.
Which visa types are commonly used for Healthcare roles at Lexington Health?
Lexington Health has used employment-based immigrant visa categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, for healthcare professionals. EB-3 is the more common pathway for roles requiring a bachelor's degree or skilled work experience. Both categories require PERM labor certification through the DOL before USCIS can adjudicate the immigrant petition, so the process is measured in years rather than months.
What qualifications does Lexington Health expect for sponsored Healthcare roles?
Sponsored healthcare roles at Lexington Health typically require a relevant degree in the clinical or administrative field tied to the position, active state licensure where the profession demands it, and demonstrated experience in a U.S. or comparable healthcare environment. Roles requiring specialized certifications, such as registered nursing credentials or therapy licensure, will need those credentials verified before sponsorship paperwork begins.
How do I find which Lexington Health Healthcare roles have a sponsorship history?
Migrate Mate lets you search and filter Healthcare roles at Lexington Health by visa sponsorship track record, so you're focusing your effort on positions where the company has already navigated the employment-based process. Cross-reference those results with active postings on Lexington Health's careers page to identify roles that are both open and sponsorship-viable right now.
