ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate the cryogenic air separation plant safely to guarantee reliable and efficient performance
- Perform and lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain plant safety and equipment integrity
- Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to ensure reliability, quality, and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents immediately
- Collect and analyze equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions
- Oversee contractors during routine and non-routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality standards
- Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and propose improvements to enhance process availability and reliability
