Job Roles at Link Manufacturing Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Link Manufacturing Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with medical device engineering
Link Manufacturing's sponsorship activity centers on technical functions. Focus your application on engineering, product development, or quality assurance roles where your specialized skills directly support their medical device manufacturing operations.
Understand how H-1B sponsorship works at smaller manufacturers
Companies like Link Manufacturing sponsor selectively rather than at scale. Demonstrating clear value in a hard-to-fill technical role improves your chances, generic applications are less likely to prompt a sponsorship conversation with hiring managers.
Research their product lines before applying
Medical device employers respond well to candidates who understand their specific products. Reviewing Link Manufacturing's portfolio and referencing it in your application signals genuine interest and technical alignment, both factors that influence sponsorship decisions.
Highlight any FDA-regulated or compliance experience
Medical device companies operate under strict regulatory requirements. Candidates with experience in FDA-regulated environments, quality management systems, or ISO standards stand out at companies like Link Manufacturing and are more likely to clear the sponsorship bar.
Find verified sponsorship opportunities before applying
Confirming a company's actual sponsorship history saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Link Manufacturing and similar medical device employers with confidence.

Does Link Manufacturing sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Link Manufacturing does sponsor H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical roles within their medical device operations, so candidates with specialized engineering or quality backgrounds are the most likely to receive sponsorship. If you're on OPT and already working in a relevant function, that can strengthen your case for H-1B filing.
Which visa types does Link Manufacturing support for international workers?
Link Manufacturing sponsors H-1B visas and supports both F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT. This makes them accessible to international students currently enrolled or recently graduated, as well as experienced professionals seeking a long-term work visa. The OPT pathway is a common entry point before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship.
What types of roles at Link Manufacturing are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Link Manufacturing tends to align with technical and engineering functions in medical device development and manufacturing. Roles in mechanical engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and product testing are among the most likely candidates. Positions that require specialized knowledge and are harder to fill domestically carry a stronger case for employer sponsorship.
What does the sponsorship application timeline look like at Link Manufacturing?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer can begin the H-1B process during your authorized work period. H-1B petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, so timing matters. Starting conversations with Link Manufacturing's HR team well in advance, ideally six to nine months before your OPT expires, gives you the best chance of a smooth transition.
How do I find open roles at Link Manufacturing that come with visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search using a platform that tracks verified sponsorship history rather than relying on job postings alone. Migrate Mate lets you browse open roles at Link Manufacturing and filter by visa type, so you can confirm sponsorship eligibility before investing time in an application. This is especially useful for H-1B and OPT candidates targeting medical device employers.
