Understand the consulting hiring cycle
Consulting and professional services firms like Lowe Engineers often hire around project pipelines. Timing your application when new contracts are being staffed can meaningfully improve your chances of landing a sponsored role.

Consulting firms sponsor visas when a candidate brings hard-to-find skills. Highlight domain expertise in engineering or technical disciplines that align with Lowe Engineers' project focus, generic applications are less likely to justify sponsorship.
