Target technical roles first
Lynx's sponsorship activity sits within Technology & Software, meaning engineering, development, and technical specialist roles are your strongest entry points. Focus your application on positions where specialized skills clearly justify H-1B sponsorship.
Confirm sponsorship willingness early
Before investing time in Lynx's application process, reach out to their recruiting team to confirm they're open to sponsoring your specific visa situation. Early clarity saves weeks of effort and avoids surprises late in the hiring process.
Align your background with their tech stack
Lynx operates in a competitive software environment where niche technical skills drive sponsorship decisions. Research their products and tailor your resume to reflect relevant tools, languages, or platforms they actively use in their engineering work.
Browse verified sponsorship history before applying
Understanding a company's real sponsorship track record matters before you commit to an application. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship history and find Lynx openings alongside comparable tech employers.
Prepare for a detailed visa needs conversation
Smaller tech sponsors like Lynx often evaluate sponsorship case-by-case rather than through a standardized process. Come prepared to explain your current status, work authorization timeline, and exactly what the H-1B process would require from their legal and HR teams.
Time your outreach around hiring cycles
Technology companies tend to ramp hiring in Q1 and Q3. If you're targeting Lynx for H-1B sponsorship, engaging with their team in the months ahead of those cycles improves your chances of being considered before headcount decisions are finalized.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Lynx sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Lynx sponsors H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in the Technology & Software industry, which aligns with the H-1B program's specialty occupation requirements. If you're a skilled international worker in a technical role, Lynx is a legitimate target, though confirming sponsorship availability for a specific position directly with their recruiting team is always advisable.
What types of roles at Lynx are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Lynx's sponsorship history is rooted in the Technology & Software sector, so software engineering, product development, and technical specialist positions represent the most realistic targets for H-1B sponsorship. Roles requiring niche or highly specialized skills tend to receive stronger internal support for sponsorship because the business case for hiring internationally is clearer.
How do I find open H-1B sponsored jobs at Lynx?
The most effective approach is to search for Lynx on Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified visa-sponsoring employers and surfaces roles alongside confirmed sponsorship history. This lets you evaluate Lynx's openings in the context of their actual H-1B track record rather than relying on job listings that may not clearly state sponsorship availability.
How do I approach the application process at Lynx as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Lead with your technical qualifications, not your visa requirements. Lynx operates in a skills-driven industry where strong alignment between your background and the role's demands is the primary hiring filter. Once you've established fit, raise sponsorship early in recruiter conversations to confirm their current capacity and avoid reaching final rounds before the conversation happens.
What should I know about Lynx's sponsorship volume and track record?
Lynx has sponsored H-1B visas, though their volume is more selective compared to large enterprise technology employers. That selectivity means competition for sponsored roles can be meaningful, and each application benefits from a focused, well-researched approach. Understanding their product, team structure, and technical priorities before applying significantly strengthens your candidacy.
