Focus on roles that align with specialty occupation standards
Maesa's H-1B sponsorships typically support roles requiring specialized expertise. Target positions in operations, finance, or strategy where a specific degree field is a clear requirement, not just a preference, to strengthen your visa eligibility case.
Green Card sponsorship is part of Maesa's track record
Maesa has sponsored Green Cards, signaling a willingness to invest in long-term immigration support. When interviewing, ask directly about permanent residency pathways, companies with prior Green Card history are more likely to have established processes for it.
Understand the business support and outsourcing hiring cycle
Business support functions often hire ahead of fiscal year planning. Targeting Maesa's recruitment windows, typically early Q1 and Q3, gives you better odds of landing a role with enough lead time for visa processing before your start date.
Highlight operational impact in your application materials
Maesa values candidates who can demonstrate measurable contributions to business performance. In a support and outsourcing context, frame your experience around efficiency gains, cost management, or cross-functional coordination rather than general responsibilities.
Use Migrate Mate to verify Maesa's current sponsorship activity
Sponsorship willingness can shift with hiring cycles and business priorities. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm Maesa is actively filing before investing time in your application.
If you're on F-1 OPT, flag your authorization early in the process
Maesa has sponsored F-1 OPT candidates, so international students aren't disqualifying. Disclose your work authorization status in the initial recruiter call, it avoids surprises and lets HR assess H-1B cap timing against your OPT expiration.

Find Maesa JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Maesa sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Maesa sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles. The company operates in business support and outsourcing functions where specialty occupation positions, typically requiring a degree in a specific field, are eligible for H-1B sponsorship. Sponsorship activity is selective, so targeting roles that clearly meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria gives you the strongest chance of receiving an offer with visa support.
Which visa types does Maesa sponsor?
Maesa sponsors H-1B visas, Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, F-1 OPT for recent graduates, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible professional categories. The mix of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa sponsorships suggests the company supports both near-term work authorization and longer-term residency pathways for qualifying employees.
Which departments or roles at Maesa are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Maesa's sponsorships are concentrated in roles that meet specialty occupation standards, positions where a specific bachelor's degree or higher is a genuine requirement. In a business support and outsourcing environment, this typically covers finance, data analytics, supply chain, and operations management roles. Generalist positions where any degree satisfies the requirement are less likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Maesa?
Migrate Mate lists verified visa-sponsoring employers including Maesa, and lets you filter by visa type so you can confirm active sponsorship before applying. Search for Maesa directly on Migrate Mate to browse current openings and cross-reference the role requirements against the visa categories Maesa has historically sponsored, including H-1B, Green Card, F-1 OPT, and TN.
How do I time my application to Maesa given H-1B cap deadlines?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date, with USCIS registration opening in early March. To meet that window, you need an offer in hand by mid-February at the latest, which means starting your job search at Maesa by late Q3 or early Q4 of the prior year. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your expiration date and work backward from the October 1 H-1B start to determine whether a cap-gap bridge applies.
