- Manage IT Helpdesk operations, including ticketing, prioritization, SLAs, and user support.

- Lead patching, configuration management, asset management, and lifecycle planning.

- Oversee internal network vulnerability scanning, risk tracking, and remediation coordination.

- Coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
