Align your credentials to Mohawk's supply chain scope
Mohawk operates large-scale distribution networks across North America. Emphasize experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, or freight coordination in manufacturing environments. A degree in supply chain, operations, or logistics management strengthens your specialty occupation case for H-1B filing.
Research Mohawk's DOL labor condition applications
Before applying, search the DOL OFLC disclosure database for Mohawk's past LCA filings in logistics and supply chain titles. This tells you which job titles they've filed for before, so you can frame your application around roles they've already demonstrated willingness to sponsor.
Target roles tied to Mohawk's manufacturing operations
Logistics openings connected to Mohawk's flooring manufacturing plants tend to require more specialized knowledge than generic warehouse roles, which makes them stronger candidates for visa sponsorship. Focus your search on positions that list procurement, vendor management, or production logistics as core responsibilities.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Mohawk's sponsored openings
Searching broadly across job boards makes it hard to separate sponsored from non-sponsored roles. Use Migrate Mate to surface Logistics positions at Mohawk Industries that align with your visa type, so you're only spending time on opportunities where sponsorship is a real option.
Confirm your visa type before the offer stage
Mohawk sponsors multiple visa categories including H-1B, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT. If you're on OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility or timeline early. TN candidates in logistics-adjacent occupations should verify their role maps to a qualifying USMCA category before negotiating an offer.
Anticipate the LCA filing timeline during offer negotiations
The H-1B process requires a certified LCA from DOL before USCIS can receive the I-129 petition. Build at least two to three weeks of LCA processing time into your expected start date conversation with Mohawk's HR team so the offer timeline is realistic from the beginning.

Find Logistics at Mohawk Industries JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Mohawk Industries sponsor H-1B visas for Logistics roles?
Yes, Mohawk Industries sponsors H-1B visas for Logistics positions. To qualify, the role must meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard, meaning it requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field like supply chain, logistics, or operations management. Roles tied to Mohawk's manufacturing and distribution infrastructure are more likely to meet this threshold than general warehouse positions.
How do I apply for Logistics jobs at Mohawk Industries?
You can apply through Mohawk Industries' careers portal directly. To find Logistics openings that are open to visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate filters available positions by visa type so you can identify roles at Mohawk where international candidates are welcome. Tailor your resume to reflect supply chain or distribution experience relevant to a large-scale manufacturing operation.
Which visa types does Mohawk Industries commonly use for Logistics positions?
Mohawk Industries sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3 for Logistics roles. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship.
What qualifications does Mohawk Industries expect for sponsored Logistics roles?
Mohawk typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems, freight coordination, or inventory management in a manufacturing context strengthens your candidacy. For H-1B eligibility, the role must require that specific degree, not just prefer it.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Logistics role at Mohawk Industries?
For H-1B sponsorship, your employer must first file a certified LCA with DOL, which takes two to three weeks, before submitting the I-129 petition to USCIS. Standard processing can take three to six months. Premium processing through USCIS reduces the adjudication window to 15 business days. TN status for Canadians can often be obtained at the border on the same day as the job offer.
