Align your portfolio to connector applications
Molex serves industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics segments, not fashion in the traditional sense. Frame your partnership experience around supply chain relationships, OEM accounts, or component distribution channels that map directly to how Molex structures its business development function.
Request LCA details during the offer stage
Once an offer is extended, ask your recruiter for the prevailing wage level on the Labor Condition Application. DOL wage levels for Partnership Development Manager roles vary by location, and confirming this early prevents surprises if the offered salary needs adjustment before USCIS filing.
Time OPT extensions around Molex's hiring cycle
If you are on F-1 OPT, check whether your STEM extension application will still be pending during onboarding. USCIS allows you to continue working for 180 days while a timely-filed extension is processed, but your start date needs to align with that window.
Search Molex roles filtered by sponsorship on Migrate Mate
Partnership Development Manager openings at Molex are spread across multiple locations and business units. Use Migrate Mate to filter active Molex postings by visa type so you can identify which roles are actively seeking sponsored candidates before you invest time in tailoring your application.
Document cross-functional stakeholder experience explicitly
Molex Partnership Development Manager roles frequently require coordinating between engineering, legal, and commercial teams. Your resume and interview prep should include specific examples of managing multi-party agreements or joint development programs, since these are the qualifications that move candidates past the initial screening stage.

Does Molex sponsor H-1B visas for Partnership Development Managers?
Yes, Molex sponsors H-1B visas for Partnership Development Manager roles. The company has an established pattern of filing H-1B petitions for business development and strategic accounts functions. Because H-1B is subject to the annual cap and lottery, timing your offer and filing around the April registration window is critical. Confirm with your Molex recruiter which fiscal year's cap your petition would target.
How do I apply for Partnership Development Manager jobs at Molex?
Applications go through Molex's careers portal, where Partnership Development Manager roles are listed by region and business unit. Before applying, review the job description carefully for language about visa sponsorship eligibility, since not every posting is open to all visa types. Migrate Mate also aggregates Molex's sponsored openings in one place, making it easier to identify roles that align with your specific visa situation.
Which visa types does Molex commonly use for Partnership Development Manager roles?
Molex sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, TN, J-1, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for this function. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B. EB-2 and EB-3 represent the longer-term immigrant visa pathways that Molex has used for Partnership Development Manager employees moving toward permanent residence.
What qualifications does Molex expect for a sponsored Partnership Development Manager?
Molex typically expects a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field, combined with demonstrable experience managing strategic accounts or channel partnerships in a B2B environment. Familiarity with component manufacturing, distribution agreements, or OEM relationships strengthens your candidacy significantly. For H-1B eligibility specifically, your degree must align directly with the duties of the role as defined under USCIS specialty occupation standards.
How do I navigate the visa filing timeline after receiving an offer from Molex?
For H-1B, Molex's legal team will need to file a Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting Form I-129 to USCIS. Standard processing takes several months, so discuss your proposed start date with HR early. If you need faster authorization, ask whether premium processing is available for your petition. For TN, authorization can happen at the port of entry, making that timeline considerably shorter.
