About us
Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits. Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion. About The Role
As a Provider Partnerships Manager (PPM), you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission to improve health outcomes by making nutrition care accessible to more patients. This is a provider-facing field role where your primary goal is to grow patient referrals to Nourish by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams — including primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers. Your impact will be felt every day: by putting patients first, championing providers as partners, and ensuring more people gain access to life-changing nutrition support. In this role, you’ll report directly to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-moving, values-driven team.
Please note: This is a full-time role and you must be located in Northern Virginia (Leesburg County).
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of growing your territory and building lasting provider partnerships. You’ll have both the autonomy and support to approach the work creatively and effectively, with a clear focus on driving patient impact. Core responsibilities include:
- Field Engagement: Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
- Spotting Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
- Connecting & Converting: Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Nourish for their patients’ nutrition care.
- Fostering Relationships: Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals.
- Contributing to Growth: Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team.
You’ll Love This Role If
- You’re passionate about Nourish’s mission. You care deeply about improving healthcare access and believe nutrition is a vital part of the solution.
- You have a knack for building strong relationships. Building trust comes naturally to you, and you thrive on creating meaningful relationships at every level of a practice.
- You are relentlessly resourceful. You see challenges as opportunities, bringing both grit and creativity to every situation. Your resilience allows you to turn obstacles into opportunities.
- You embrace ownership. You’re self-driven, proactive, and comfortable stepping into ambiguity to figure things out, even when it means stepping outside of your comfort zone.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Change excites you - you adapt quickly and stay focused on results, while being flexible in your approach.
- You welcome coaching and feedback. You see growth as a team sport, and you’re motivated by learning and continuous improvement.
- You work with focus and intention. You know how to work hard and optimize your time, maximizing impact and driving meaningful results.
We’d Love To Hear From You If
- You have proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
- You have demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership.
- You have a strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across the entire office - from physicians to medical assistants, office managers, and staff.
- You have proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a comfort with quickly learning new systems.
- You have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities.

Frame your credentials around healthcare sales outcomes
Nourish operates in a clinical environment where sales involves navigating procurement cycles, compliance teams, and care coordinators. Document past wins in regulated or healthcare-adjacent industries specifically, not just general quota attainment, before you apply.
Target Nourish's open roles by care setting
Nourish posts Sales Account Manager roles across different healthcare verticals, including home health and skilled nursing. Filtering by the specific care setting you have experience with sharpens your application and signals relevant domain knowledge to their hiring team.
Browse visa-sponsoring Sales Account Manager roles using Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to filter Sales Account Manager openings at companies with a confirmed sponsorship history in healthcare, including Nourish. This cuts out employers who claim sponsorship willingness but have no filing track record to back it up.
Get your LCA timeline right before accepting an offer
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Build at least two to three weeks into your expected start date for LCA certification alone, separate from petition processing time.
Prepare for nonimmigrant intent questions at the E-3 interview
At your consular interview, the officer will assess whether you intend to return to Australia. Bring documentation of ties to Australia alongside your Nourish offer letter and LCA. Sales roles with U.S. client relationships can attract additional scrutiny on this point.

Find Sales Account Manager at Nourish JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Nourish sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Account Managers?
Yes, Nourish has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales Account Manager roles. Because H-1B approval depends on the annual lottery for most applicants, timing your job search to align with the April registration window matters. If you're an Australian citizen, the E-3 visa is a direct alternative that avoids the lottery entirely and can be filed at any point in the year.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Account Manager roles at Nourish?
H-1B and E-3 are the two visa types Nourish sponsors for this role. The H-1B applies to most nationalities and requires winning the annual lottery unless you qualify for a cap-exempt filing. The E-3 is exclusive to Australian citizens and has a far less competitive allocation, making it the faster and more predictable path if you're eligible.
What qualifications and experience does Nourish expect for a Sales Account Manager?
Nourish typically looks for candidates with experience in B2B or healthcare sales, particularly in clinical or care-coordination environments such as home health, skilled nursing, or hospital systems. A background navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, where procurement, clinical, and compliance teams all weigh in, is directly relevant. A bachelor's degree in a related field is generally expected for H-1B or E-3 specialty occupation classification.
How do I apply for Sales Account Manager jobs at Nourish?
You can find and apply for Sales Account Manager roles at Nourish through Migrate Mate, which surfaces open positions alongside each company's confirmed visa sponsorship history. Before applying, align your resume to Nourish's healthcare focus and specify any experience with clinical sales environments. Once you receive an offer, your employer initiates the visa process by filing an LCA with the DOL.
How do I manage the timeline between a Nourish job offer and my visa filing?
Once Nourish extends an offer, they need to complete the LCA process with the DOL before filing your USCIS petition. Standard H-1B processing can take several months, though premium processing is available for a faster decision. If you're switching from another visa status, clarify with your employer whether you can begin work before your new status is approved, since gap periods can affect your authorization.
