How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Open Sky Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that require deep technical specialization
Open Sky Group's sponsorships tend to concentrate in consulting roles requiring specific systems expertise, particularly warehouse management and supply chain platforms. Lead with your technical depth in these areas, generalist profiles are less likely to move forward.
Understand that consulting firms sponsor selectively
In Consulting & Professional Services, H-1B sponsorship is typically reserved for candidates where no comparable domestic talent is available. Position yourself as a specialist in a niche platform or methodology, not a generalist consultant looking for entry-level placement.
Time your application around project demand cycles
Consulting firms like Open Sky Group hire when client engagements expand. Research their recent project announcements or technology partnerships, applying when new client work is ramping up significantly improves your odds of landing a sponsored role.
Demonstrate client-facing experience prominently
Open Sky Group operates in a client-delivery model where consultants interface directly with enterprise clients. Sponsorship decisions favor candidates who can show measurable results from past implementations, not just theoretical knowledge of supply chain systems.
Verify sponsorship history before applying
Not every open role at a consulting firm comes with sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter by verified H-1B sponsors so you're applying to companies with a confirmed track record, rather than assuming sponsorship based on a job description alone.
Emphasize platform certifications in your application materials
Open Sky Group works with specific WMS and supply chain platforms. Holding vendor certifications relevant to their practice areas signals to hiring teams that sponsoring you carries lower training risk, a meaningful factor for smaller consulting sponsors.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Open Sky Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Open Sky Group sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in Consulting & Professional Services with a focus on supply chain and warehouse management consulting, and has filed H-1B petitions for specialized roles in that space. Sponsorship at consulting firms of this size tends to be selective, so applicants should focus on demonstrating deep expertise in the platforms and methodologies Open Sky Group deploys for clients.
Which roles at Open Sky Group are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Open Sky Group is most likely for consulting roles tied to warehouse management systems, supply chain technology implementations, and related technical disciplines. Positions requiring specialized platform knowledge, particularly around WMS configuration, integration, or optimization, align most closely with the type of work where the firm has historically pursued H-1B sponsorship. Generalist business roles are less likely candidates.
How do I know if an Open Sky Group job listing includes visa sponsorship?
Job listings don't always state sponsorship availability explicitly, which makes it easy to waste time applying to roles that won't move forward for international candidates. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from verified H-1B sponsors, so you can browse Open Sky Group openings knowing the company has a documented sponsorship history. Always confirm sponsorship directly with a recruiter before investing time in a full application.
What is the H-1B application timeline if I receive an offer from Open Sky Group?
For most H-1B roles, the employer files a petition during the annual cap season, with USCIS accepting registrations in March and a start date of October 1 if selected. Open Sky Group would file on your behalf after you clear the lottery. If you're currently on OPT or another status, premium processing can accelerate adjudication to roughly 15 business days once the petition is filed, useful if your current work authorization is expiring.
How do I stand out when applying for a sponsored role at Open Sky Group?
Consulting firms at this scale sponsor carefully, so the strongest applications demonstrate a clear, defensible case for why the role requires your specific background. Highlight certifications in relevant WMS or supply chain platforms, quantify outcomes from past implementations, and tailor your materials to the firm's core service areas. Showing that you understand their client delivery model, not just the technology, significantly strengthens your candidacy.
