Job Roles at Paragon Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Paragon Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation standards
Paragon sponsors H-1B visas, which require a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree field. Focus your application on technical or software roles where a relevant bachelor's degree is a firm requirement, not just a preference.
Time your outreach around the H-1B lottery cycle
H-1B petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October start. Target Paragon roles between November and February so there's enough lead time for your employer to prepare and file before the registration window closes in March.
Emphasize technical depth in your application materials
Technology and software employers like Paragon evaluate candidates on specialized skills. Highlight specific programming languages, frameworks, or systems expertise in your resume, generic tech experience is less compelling than demonstrated depth in a relevant stack.
Confirm sponsorship willingness before investing time in the process
Not every open role at a tech company comes with a sponsorship offer attached. Ask directly during the recruiter screen whether the position is open to H-1B or OPT candidates. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before applying.
Position yourself for a long-term relationship, not just a single role
Paragon's sponsorship of both OPT and H-1B suggests a willingness to support candidates across multiple visa stages. Demonstrating long-term career interest in the company, not just the immediate role, strengthens the case for an employer to invest in sponsorship.

Does Paragon sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Paragon sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in Technology & Software, a sector where H-1B sponsorship is common for roles requiring specialized technical skills. If you're targeting Paragon, focus on positions with a clear degree requirement in a relevant field, and raise the sponsorship question early in the recruiting process to avoid investing time in a role that isn't a fit for your visa situation.
Which visa types does Paragon sponsor?
Paragon sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. This combination makes Paragon accessible to a range of international candidates, from students completing internships on CPT to recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals seeking H-1B sponsorship. The company does not have a known track record of Green Card or E-3 sponsorship based on available data.
Which roles or departments at Paragon are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Paragon's focus on Technology & Software, sponsorship is most commonly associated with technical roles such as software engineering, data, and product development. These positions typically meet the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B eligibility. Business, sales, or generalist roles may be less likely to qualify, depending on how the job duties and degree requirements are defined in the petition.
How do I find open roles at Paragon that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Paragon roles confirmed to be open to visa sponsorship. Rather than sorting through general job listings where sponsorship status is unclear, Migrate Mate filters specifically for employers with a verified sponsorship history, saving you time and reducing the risk of pursuing roles that won't support your visa needs.
How do I approach the application timeline at Paragon as an H-1B candidate?
The H-1B process runs on a fixed annual cycle: USCIS opens registration in March, and approved petitions take effect October 1. To align with this, aim to have an offer from Paragon in hand by January or February at the latest. Starting the recruiting process in the fall of the prior year gives both you and the employer enough runway to prepare the petition before the registration window opens.
