Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Business Operations Manager Jobs at RangeWater Real Estate Jobs
Frame your credentials around real estate operations
RangeWater focuses on residential and mixed-use portfolios, so tailor your resume to highlight vendor management, lease operations, or property management workflows. Degrees in business, real estate, or urban planning align most directly with their hiring expectations.
Target roles during portfolio expansion cycles
Real estate operators like RangeWater ramp up operations hiring when they're onboarding new developments or acquiring assets. Watch for Business Operations Manager postings that coincide with new community announcements, as those openings tend to have faster hiring timelines.
Confirm sponsorship intent before investing in interviews
RangeWater sponsors select roles, not all positions. During your first recruiter conversation, ask directly whether the specific Business Operations Manager opening includes H-1B or TN sponsorship, so you're not deep in interviews before discovering a mismatch.
Use Migrate Mate to filter sponsoring operations roles
Search Business Operations Manager openings at RangeWater Real Estate through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by verified visa sponsorship history so you can focus your applications on positions where sponsorship has actually been offered before.
Prepare your LCA documentation early with your employer
For H-1B sponsorship, RangeWater must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your petition. Get alignment with HR on your job title and worksite location early, since LCA details must exactly match the H-1B filing.
Understand TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
TN status covers Business Analyst and Management Consultant categories but does not explicitly list Business Operations Manager. Work with RangeWater's immigration counsel to map your specific job duties to a qualifying TN occupation description before the offer stage.

Find Business Operations Manager at RangeWater Real Estate JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does RangeWater Real Estate sponsor H-1B visas for Business Operations Managers?
RangeWater Real Estate has sponsored H-1B visas for operations roles. Whether a specific Business Operations Manager opening includes sponsorship depends on the position, team, and timing of your application. The most reliable approach is to ask directly during the recruiter screen, and confirm that sponsorship is written into the offer before you accept.
How do I apply for Business Operations Manager jobs at RangeWater Real Estate?
You can browse and apply for Business Operations Manager openings at RangeWater Real Estate through Migrate Mate, which surfaces listings with verified visa sponsorship history. You can also apply directly through RangeWater's careers page. When applying, tailor your materials to their residential and mixed-use portfolio operations, and specify your visa status clearly in initial communications.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Operations Manager roles at RangeWater Real Estate?
RangeWater has sponsored H-1B visas for operations positions, which is the most common route for degree-holding international candidates. F-1 OPT and CPT can cover early-career or internship-track roles within operations. TN status is a possible pathway for Canadian and Mexican citizens, though the occupation mapping for a Business Operations Manager title requires careful review with immigration counsel.
What qualifications and experience does RangeWater Real Estate expect for Business Operations Manager candidates?
RangeWater typically looks for candidates with a background in business, real estate, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in operational workflows such as vendor coordination, budget management, or property management systems. Familiarity with multifamily or mixed-use residential operations is a practical advantage, and project management experience tends to stand out in a portfolio-driven environment.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship for a role at RangeWater Real Estate?
The H-1B cap lottery opens in March for an October 1 start date, so your job search and offer timeline need to align with that window. If you're on F-1 OPT, you may be able to begin work before your H-1B is approved, provided your OPT remains valid and your employer files the petition before the lottery. Work with RangeWater's HR team early to confirm they're prepared to file in the relevant cap season.
