Target technical and clinical roles first
Recor Medical's sponsorship activity is concentrated in specialized technical and clinical functions. Focus your search on biomedical engineering, clinical affairs, and regulatory roles, where the company has the strongest precedent for supporting international candidates through the visa process.
Understand the renal denervation space before applying
Recor Medical operates in a highly specialized corner of medical devices. Demonstrating familiarity with ultrasound-based renal denervation and cardiovascular indications in your application signals genuine domain expertise, which matters for a company this focused in its product pipeline.
Leverage Migrate Mate to confirm active openings with sponsorship
Not every role at a sponsoring company comes with visa support. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm which Recor Medical openings are actively open to H-1B or OPT candidates before investing time in an application.
Prepare for a rigorous, small-company hiring process
As a focused medical device company, Recor Medical runs lean teams with high expectations per hire. Expect a thorough interview process where technical depth and cultural fit both matter. Preparation specific to renal denervation technology and FDA-regulated device environments will set you apart.
Time your application around H-1B cap season if you're on OPT
If you're currently on F-1 OPT, aligning your Recor Medical job search with H-1B registration windows in early spring is critical. A role secured by February or March gives your employer enough lead time to file before the April deadline without rushing the process.

Find Recor Medical JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Recor Medical sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Recor Medical sponsors H-1B visas for qualified international candidates in specialized roles. Sponsorship is selective given the company's focused size and product scope, so opportunities tend to arise in technical, clinical, and regulatory functions where specialized expertise is hardest to source domestically. Confirming sponsorship availability for a specific role before applying is always worthwhile.
Which visa types does Recor Medical sponsor?
Recor Medical has an established track record sponsoring H-1B visas and supporting candidates on F-1 OPT, and also sponsors TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles. Green Card sponsorship has not been a consistent part of their filing history, so candidates seeking long-term permanent residence pathways should factor that into their planning.
Which departments or roles at Recor Medical are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Recor Medical tends to follow the company's core technical and clinical needs. Roles in biomedical engineering, clinical research and affairs, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance are the most likely candidates, as these functions require specialized credentials that overlap closely with the degree-based requirements central to H-1B specialty occupation eligibility.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Recor Medical?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Recor Medical openings that come with verified sponsorship history. The platform filters jobs by real filing data, so you can see which roles are genuinely open to H-1B and OPT candidates rather than relying on vague job description language. This saves significant time when targeting a selective sponsor like Recor Medical.
How do I approach the application process at Recor Medical as an international candidate?
Lead with your technical qualifications and specific experience relevant to medical devices or renal denervation before raising sponsorship. Once you've established fit, be transparent about your visa status and timeline early in recruiter conversations. Because Recor Medical's teams are small and hiring is deliberate, demonstrating domain knowledge and organizational fit carries more weight than at larger device companies with broader hiring pipelines.
