Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Engineering Jobs at REPLY Jobs
Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
USCIS requires H-1B roles to qualify as specialty occupations, meaning your degree field must directly relate to the engineering position. For software and systems roles at REPLY, a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related discipline strengthens your petition considerably.
Target REPLY's client-facing engineering practices
REPLY structures its work around specialized practice areas serving enterprise clients. Engineering roles often sit within specific technology verticals, so tailoring your application to a named practice, such as cloud, data, or digital integration, signals genuine fit and helps recruiters route your profile accurately.
Start OPT early if you're transitioning from F-1 status
F-1 OPT gives you up to 12 months of work authorization, extendable to 36 months with a STEM extension for eligible engineering degrees. Apply to USCIS through your DSO at least 90 days before your program end date to avoid gaps before your REPLY start date.
Clarify sponsorship scope before accepting an offer
REPLY sponsors multiple visa categories including H-1B and Green Card pathways. Confirm during the offer stage whether your role is eligible for immigrant visa sponsorship, since PERM labor certification timelines for EB-2 or EB-3 can extend several years and affect your long-term planning.
Use Migrate Mate to filter REPLY engineering roles by visa type
Not every open engineering position at REPLY will carry the same sponsorship eligibility. Search REPLY's open roles on Migrate Mate and filter by your visa type to surface positions where sponsorship is confirmed before you invest time in the application process.
Prepare documentation that reflects project scope and technical depth
REPLY's engineering work involves multi-stakeholder technology implementations. When your employer's immigration attorney prepares your H-1B petition, support letters and job descriptions that demonstrate specialized technical scope, rather than generalist duties, reduce the likelihood of a USCIS Request for Evidence.

Find Engineering at REPLY JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does REPLY sponsor H-1B visas for Engineers?
Yes, REPLY sponsors H-1B visas for engineering roles. Engineering positions in software development, cloud, and systems integration typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria, which is the foundational requirement for H-1B eligibility. If you're targeting a specific role, confirming specialty occupation fit early in the process helps avoid delays after an offer is extended.
How do I apply for Engineering jobs at REPLY?
You can browse and apply for REPLY's open engineering roles directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces positions by visa type so you can identify sponsorship-eligible openings before applying. REPLY's engineering teams are organized by technology practice, so targeting roles that match your specific technical background, whether that's cloud, software, or systems integration, improves your chances of advancing through screening.
Which visa types does REPLY commonly use for Engineering roles?
REPLY sponsors H-1B visas for nonimmigrant work authorization and supports EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa pathways, including PERM labor certification, for engineers seeking permanent residency. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported, making REPLY accessible to candidates still completing or recently finishing a U.S. degree program. TN visa sponsorship is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering roles.
What qualifications does REPLY expect for Engineering positions?
REPLY's engineering roles generally require a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field directly relevant to the position, such as computer science, software engineering, or information systems. For H-1B purposes, the degree field must align with the specific job duties. Roles often emphasize hands-on experience with enterprise technology stacks, client delivery environments, or specialized platforms relevant to REPLY's practice areas.
How do I apply for Engineering jobs at REPLY if my OPT is running out?
If your F-1 OPT expiration is approaching, timing your application to align with REPLY's H-1B filing cycle matters significantly. H-1B petitions can only be filed for an October 1 start date, with registration opening in March. If your OPT expires before October 1, a cap-gap provision may bridge the gap if you're already registered and selected in the lottery before your OPT ends.
