INTRODUCTION
Responsible for offloading, staging, validating, labelling and putting away material in the Receiving Department. Responsibilities include accuracy of scanning in and out product, handling of equipment and overall safety needs while operating on the warehouse floor.
JOB DUTIES:
- Offload material from assigned trailers, report any damaged material.
- Validate material number and quantities against the packing list, report any discrepancies.
- Receive material in SAP and place label to its assign pallets.
- Put-away material to its assign bins according to Put-away TO.
- Ensure material is handled properly to avoid any damage from occurring. Report out immediately any damaged material discovered for management to review.
- Provide backfill support to other departments on an as needed basis.
- Attend and comply with all Safety and ISO training in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to Quality Policy, Quality Management System, Customer Focus and Continuous Improvement best practices.
- Perform other duties as needed and requested by the department leader.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years Warehouse or Forklift experience.
- Have up to date OSHA Forklift certification card.
