Support Candidate Onboarding & Development:
- Assist selected candidates as they begin their journey with Farmers Insurance.
- Help guide candidates through licensing, training, and early onboarding steps.
- Support the successful integration of new agents into the agency network.
Build Strong Community Connections:
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and professional gatherings throughout Utah.
- Build relationships with universities, business groups, and professional associations.
- Represent the Farmers Insurance brand as a career opportunity provider.
