Job Roles at Stellic Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Stellic Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical and product roles
Stellic's sponsorship history is concentrated in roles that support its education platform. Software engineers, product managers, and data-focused positions are your strongest bets, these are the roles most likely to attract H-1B sponsorship at a company like Stellic.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline
Stellic sponsors H-1B visas, which means your start date depends on the annual lottery. Registrations open in March for an October 1 start. Plan your application and outreach to Stellic well ahead of that window to stay on track.
Emphasize your domain knowledge in education technology
Stellic works with universities and academic institutions. Candidates who can speak to experience with higher education workflows, student success tools, or academic data systems will stand out in a way that pure technical chops alone won't.
Look for roles that align with their core product
Stellic's platform helps students with degree planning and academic progress. Roles closest to that product core, engineering, design, customer success for university clients, are where sponsorship conversations are most likely to happen naturally.
Search for Stellic openings through a verified sponsor filter
Not every job posting makes sponsorship eligibility obvious. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to confirm Stellic is actively hiring for roles that qualify for H-1B support.
Be direct about your visa needs early in the process
At a smaller education technology company like Stellic, hiring decisions often involve founders or senior leaders directly. Raising your sponsorship requirement early avoids wasted interviews and signals the kind of transparency that smaller teams genuinely appreciate.

Does Stellic sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Stellic sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the education technology sector and has an established track record of sponsoring international candidates in technical roles. H-1B sponsorship is subject to the annual lottery, so timing your application and outreach around the March registration window is important if you're targeting Stellic.
Which roles at Stellic are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Stellic tends to align with its core product and engineering needs. Software engineering and product-facing roles are the strongest candidates for H-1B sponsorship, given that these positions require specialized technical skills. Roles supporting university client success or data infrastructure may also qualify, depending on the specific job requirements and degree field.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Stellic?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Stellic's open roles that come with verified sponsorship history. You can filter specifically for employers with an H-1B track record, which removes the guesswork of reading between the lines on a generic job posting. Checking Stellic's own careers page alongside Migrate Mate gives you the most complete picture of current openings.
What is the typical application timeline for a sponsored role at Stellic?
The timeline depends heavily on the H-1B lottery cycle. If you receive an offer and need H-1B sponsorship, Stellic would file a registration in March, with selection results in late March or early April. If selected, your petition is filed by June and your earliest start date is October 1. Build several months of buffer into your plans and discuss timing with recruiters early.
How do I stand out as a visa sponsorship candidate at Stellic?
Stellic's platform serves higher education institutions, so candidates who bring genuine familiarity with how universities operate, academic planning systems, student lifecycle data, or institutional workflows, carry a meaningful edge. Pair that with strong technical credentials in your core discipline, be transparent about your sponsorship timeline from the first conversation, and focus your application on roles closest to Stellic's product core.
