Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Sales Jobs at Teleflex Jobs
Frame your clinical selling experience precisely
Medical device Sales roles at Teleflex require demonstrable experience with clinical environments, not just quota attainment. When building your resume, document specific product categories, care settings like ICU or OR, and the clinical stakeholders you sold to.
Target Teleflex divisions with active territory openings
Teleflex organizes Sales by product division, including vascular access, anesthesia, and surgical. Roles in divisions with active territory vacancies move faster through offer and sponsorship decisions, so focus your applications where geographic openings align with your background.
Ask about LCA timing before signing an offer
Before you accept, ask the recruiter where the company is in the Labor Condition Application process with the DOL. For H-1B transfers or new filings, LCA certification must precede the USCIS petition, and understanding the timeline protects you from offer-to-start delays.
Use Migrate Mate to identify Teleflex Sales openings that flag sponsorship
Search Migrate Mate's job board to surface Teleflex Sales listings that explicitly indicate visa sponsorship eligibility. Filtering this way saves you from applying to roles where sponsorship is unlikely and helps you prioritize divisions actively hiring sponsored candidates.
Prepare for PERM documentation if pursuing a Green Card
Teleflex sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for Sales roles, which requires a PERM labor certification filed with the DOL. Start gathering employment verification letters, educational credentials, and performance records early so you're ready when the employer initiates the process.

Find Sales at Teleflex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Teleflex sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Yes, Teleflex has a history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Sales positions. Medical device Sales roles at Teleflex typically qualify as specialty occupations because they require applied knowledge in areas like clinical anatomy, device mechanics, or healthcare systems. Your degree field should align with the product division you're applying to, which strengthens the specialty occupation case USCIS evaluates.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at Teleflex?
Applications go through Teleflex's careers portal, where you can filter by function and location. Before applying, research which product division the role sits in, such as vascular access, interventional, or surgical, and tailor your resume to that clinical environment. If you need sponsorship, address your visa status early in the recruiter screening call so both sides can assess fit before investing further in the process.
Which visa types does Teleflex commonly use for Sales hires?
Teleflex sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and employment-based Green Cards including EB-2 and EB-3 for Sales roles. TN visas apply to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship. Green Card sponsorship through PERM is available for longer-tenure Sales employees.
What qualifications does Teleflex expect for Sales roles?
Most Teleflex Sales roles require a bachelor's degree, often in life sciences, biology, nursing, or a related clinical or business field. Hands-on experience selling into hospital or clinical settings carries significant weight, particularly if you've worked with procedural products, capital equipment, or clinical care teams. Roles in specialty divisions like anesthesia or vascular access often favor candidates with direct clinical backgrounds or prior medical device experience.
How do I find Teleflex Sales jobs that offer visa sponsorship?
Not every Teleflex Sales listing will clearly state whether sponsorship is available. Migrate Mate curates medical device employer listings and filters for roles that include visa sponsorship, so you can focus on Teleflex openings where international candidates are actively considered. From there, apply directly through Teleflex's portal and confirm sponsorship eligibility with the recruiter in your first conversation.
