Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Patient Services Manager Jobs at Trinity Health Jobs
Certify Your Healthcare Administration Credentials Early
Trinity Health's Patient Services Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field. Get any foreign transcripts evaluated by a NACES-approved agency before you apply so your qualifications translate cleanly for hiring managers and later for USCIS petition filings.
Target Trinity Health's Regional Market Hubs
Trinity Health operates across multiple states with distinct hiring volumes by region. Focus your applications on their larger integrated health systems in Michigan, Illinois, and the Northeast, where Patient Services Manager openings cycle more frequently and sponsorship approvals follow established internal HR workflows.
Clarify Sponsorship Intent Before the Final Interview
Large health systems like Trinity Health route sponsorship decisions through a centralized immigration team, not individual hiring managers. Raise your visa status directly with the recruiter after a screening call, not at the offer stage, so the right stakeholders are involved before an offer is drafted.
Understand How TN Status Applies to This Role
Canadian and Mexican nationals targeting Trinity Health's Patient Services Manager positions may qualify for TN status under the hospital administrator or management consultant categories. Confirm the specific job duties align with a recognized TN classification before accepting an offer structured around that status.
Browse Open Roles Through Migrate Mate
Patient Services Manager openings at Trinity Health are scattered across their affiliated facilities. Use Migrate Mate to filter Trinity Health roles by visa type so you only apply to positions where sponsorship has been verified, saving time during an already time-sensitive job search.
Plan Around DOL PERM Timelines If Targeting Green Card
If Trinity Health offers EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, the PERM labor certification process with the DOL adds significant lead time before USCIS adjudicates your immigrant petition. Start those conversations at offer negotiation, not after you've been in role for a year.

Does Trinity Health sponsor H-1B visas for Patient Services Managers?
Yes, Trinity Health sponsors H-1B visas for Patient Services Manager roles. As a large nonprofit health system, Trinity Health is an established H-1B employer with an internal immigration process for managing petitions. Your role must qualify as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field, which healthcare administration or business management degrees typically satisfy for this position.
How do I apply for Patient Services Manager jobs at Trinity Health?
Apply directly through Trinity Health's careers portal or browse verified openings on Migrate Mate, which filters for roles with confirmed visa sponsorship. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight patient intake, team leadership, and operational metrics. Flag your visa status clearly in your application or early in the recruiter screen so the HR team can route you to their immigration support process without delay.
Which visa types does Trinity Health commonly use for Patient Services Manager roles?
Trinity Health sponsors H-1B visas most commonly for this function, along with EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for candidates seeking permanent residency. F-1 OPT and CPT are available pathways for recent graduates entering healthcare administration. Canadian and Mexican nationals may also be eligible for TN status depending on how the role's duties are classified, and J-1 exchange visitor visas apply in certain training or academic hospital contexts.
What qualifications does Trinity Health expect for a sponsored Patient Services Manager position?
Trinity Health generally looks for a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, combined with direct experience managing patient access, scheduling, or front-office operations in a clinical setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and demonstrated team leadership are consistently valued. For sponsored candidates, your degree field needs to align closely with the role's duties to support the specialty occupation determination USCIS requires for H-1B approval.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take when hired by Trinity Health for a Patient Services Manager role?
For H-1B cap-subject candidates, Trinity Health must file during the April lottery window for an October 1 start date, meaning you could wait six months or more from offer to start. OPT holders can begin work immediately while the H-1B petition is pending. For Green Card pathways through PERM, expect the DOL labor certification process alone to take roughly six to eighteen months before USCIS adjudicates the immigrant petition.
