Align your background to Veeva's product stack
Veeva's Systems Analyst roles center on Vault, Veeva CRM, and life sciences data workflows. Framing your resume around SaaS platform configuration, business requirements documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder work will signal direct fit before your application reaches a recruiter.
Confirm your visa category fits the role
Veeva sponsors H-1B, H-1B1 visa, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT for Systems Analyst positions. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national, TN status can be obtained at the port of entry, bypassing the H-1B lottery entirely and shortening your timeline significantly.
Time your application around H-1B cap registration
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS opens cap registration each March for an October 1 start date. Securing an offer by February gives Veeva's legal team enough time to prepare your petition before the registration window closes.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles efficiently
Systems Analyst openings at Veeva span implementation, business analysis, and platform support functions. Use Migrate Mate to filter Veeva's current postings by visa-sponsored roles so you're only targeting positions where sponsorship is already on the table.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation early
Specialty occupation status for Systems Analyst roles requires a bachelor's degree in a related field. If your degree is from outside the United States, get a credential evaluation completed before you receive an offer, not after, so it's ready when your employer files the Labor Condition Application with DOL.
Understand what Veeva expects during the offer stage
Veeva operates as a fully remote company, which affects how your work location is designated on the Labor Condition Application. Confirm with your recruiter early whether your role will be classified under a specific state's prevailing wage, since that determines the wage level DOL certifies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Veeva Systems sponsor H-1B visas for Systems Analysts?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors H-1B visas for Systems Analyst roles. The company works with immigration counsel to prepare and file H-1B petitions on behalf of qualifying candidates. Because Veeva is a fully remote employer, your petition will reflect a specific work location for Labor Condition Application purposes, so clarify your designated state with your recruiter before the offer is finalized.
Which visa types does Veeva Systems commonly use for Systems Analyst roles?
Veeva sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for most international Systems Analyst hires, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for current students and recent graduates. TN visa status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying analyst roles. For longer-term pathways, Veeva also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, which typically begins after you've established tenure in the role.
What qualifications and experience does Veeva Systems expect for Systems Analyst positions?
Veeva's Systems Analyst roles generally require a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, life sciences, or a related technical field. Practical experience with SaaS platforms, business requirements gathering, and cross-functional project delivery is weighted heavily. Familiarity with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or life sciences regulatory workflows is a meaningful differentiator, particularly for implementation-focused analyst positions.
How do I apply for Systems Analyst jobs at Veeva Systems?
You can search and apply for Systems Analyst roles directly through Veeva's careers page. To filter specifically for roles where visa sponsorship is available, Migrate Mate aggregates Veeva's open positions and surfaces which ones support international candidates, saving you from applying to roles where sponsorship isn't offered. Tailor your application to Veeva's product areas and include any relevant SaaS implementation or life sciences platform experience.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Systems Analyst at Veeva Systems?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B cap-subject petitions have an October 1 start date, so if you're starting the process fresh, plan for a six-to-twelve month runway from offer to work authorization. F-1 OPT candidates can often start sooner, within the 90-day pre-completion filing window. USCIS premium processing, which adjudicates petitions within 15 business days, is available for H-1B and is commonly used when start dates are time-sensitive.
