- Join a collaborative Internal Medicine team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs in a highly team-oriented practice environment
- Provide care for adult patients (18+) across the full spectrum of acute, chronic, and preventive care
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with one evening per week until 6:00 p.m. - no weekends
- Shared rotating call responsibilities to support continuity of care
