Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support healthcare IT initiatives involving healthcare administration platforms, business processes, and data processing solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource priorities.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, project reviews, and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective actions.
- Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with QA and business teams to validate requirements, manage defects, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and management updates.
- Manage client relationships, expectations, escalations, and cross-functional communications.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, timelines, and applicable healthcare industry expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience in healthcare, healthcare data processing, or IT environments.
- Experience with at least one of the following healthcare platforms: HealthEdge, GuidingCare, HealthRules, ClinicalEdge
- Strong experience in business analysis, project management, healthcare consulting, or a combination of these functions.
- Proven ability to manage complex assignments, establish priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, client relationship management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions, negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and build consensus diplomatically.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, senior management, and external clients.
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
