This exciting role sits within the Branding & Creative team and serves as the lead creative designer responsible for developing high-performing visual content across all Hilton Grand Vacations paid and organic social media channels. This role is responsible for concepting, designing, and producing engaging social-first creative that strengthens brand awareness, drives audience engagement and business results while maintaining brand standards.
The ideal candidate is both a skilled graphic designer and multimedia storyteller, capable of translating marketing and brand strategy into high-performing static graphics, animated content, and short-form videos optimized for today's social landscape. This individual stays ahead of emerging social trends, understands channel-specific best practices, and brings a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, motion graphics, and video production within a social landscape.

Social Creative Development
- Design visually compelling social media assets for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and emerging channels.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches that align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
- Create static graphics, carousels, infographics, stories, reels, thumbnails, and other social content formats.
- Ensure all creative maintains a consistent brand identity while adapting appropriately for each platform's unique audience and user experience.
Video Production & Motion Design
- Produce and edit short-form social videos, motion graphics, animations, and video-based content optimized for engagement and performance.
- Create animated assets, title treatments, transitions, and visual effects that elevate social storytelling.
- Edit existing video footage into platform-specific formats, including vertical, square, and horizontal executions.
- Incorporate graphics, typography, music, and motion elements to create compelling video experiences that drive audience interaction.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner closely with social media managers, content strategists, copywriters, graphics designers, and marketing stakeholders to develop integrated social campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas informed by social trends, audience insights, platform innovations, and competitive analysis.
- Interpret creative briefs and transform them into high-quality visual solutions that support business goals.
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic alignment.
Social Optimization & Innovation
- Stay current on evolving social media trends, creative formats, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Apply performance insights and analytics to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
- Test and optimize visual approaches, video formats, and content styles to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies, tools, and creative techniques into social content production.
Production & Asset Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, production files, and social content libraries.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, accessibility considerations, and platform specifications.
- Support campaign planning and content calendars through proactive creative production and resource management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in social media graphic design, content creation, and video production.
- Proven experience creating social-first creative content for consumer-facing brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors.
- Demonstrated ability to create content optimized for both organic and paid social campaigns.
- Exceptional typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
