About the role:

What youll do:
Financial Reporting Analysis

• Prepare and analyzemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business unit performance
• Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights
• Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth

Business Partnership Collaboration

• Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to supportoperational and strategic initiatives
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy

Planning Process Ownership

• Support key FPA cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
• Contribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activities
• Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization

Audit Compliance

• Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables

What were looking for:
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
• Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively

Preferred Skills Attributes

• Understanding of corporate finance or FPA concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
• Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial

• ​​Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
