What youll do:
Financial Reporting Analysis
- Prepare and analyzemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business unit performance
- Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights
- Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth
- Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to supportoperational and strategic initiatives
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy
- Support key FPA cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
- Contribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activities
- Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization
- Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
- Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
- Understanding of corporate finance or FPA concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial
- Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
